Spoilers Limitless - TV Series

Add me to the list of people who thought it could all be a hallucination. I was just waiting for the rug to be pulled out.

Also, thumbs up for not ending on a cliffhanger. This show has a habit of wrapping things up nice and neatly, so this was probably an appropriate way to end the season now that I think about it. (Though I have to admit, "Darryl" isn't exactly the most thrilling way to end a season.)

^ That might be a plot point next season. Or not. Nothing happened when everyone thought he had a natural immunity.
I think the FBI took blood samples and thats all we heard of that. I doubt the FBI would do anything against the law, but a rouge CIA section would have no problem kidnapping Brian and cutting him open to find out how it 'works'.

Which is why the one where he's an immoral asshole is more fun - I guess we are going to me a 'drugs are bad, m'kay moralising' not something I want to watch when I've got the munchies.

I'm upto 13 and I got this wrong - they actually seem to be doing something slightly different and more nuanced which is "yes people have a bad time but actually drugs can be a lot of fun!" (see also his constantly appearing bong).

There are reports the show has unofficially been cancelled and they're trying to shop the show around.

Scorpion is right out of the CBS playbook. Episodic procedural where nothing in the A Plot ever carries over to the next episode, and as long as the actors never leave the show, every character is always happy and healthy to end the episode.

If true, Les Moonves should never be taken seriously again. He was the one who said he believed all the freshmen shows would be renewed by CBS.

Reports are true. CBS announced its fall schedule and Limitless isn't on it but it's not cancelled yet. It is indeed being shopped around.

What's the likelihood of it being picked up elsewhere?

Frak... I really like this show. I hope it lands somewhere. I liked the variety of it; from goofy to comedy to heavy drama.... It really could be what ever it wanted to be, and it just fit the narrative.

One of the few shows I made a point of watching either "live" or the next day on the DVR. Should have known better, If I like it ... usually cancelled after one season .... kiss of death...

Q2

I'm surprised. It makes me wonder what caused the cancellation. Was the show too goofy to attract mainstream viewers?
