We talked about some procedure yesterday. I'll have the Answer up as soon as I get it from PACER (they are, of course, on Pacific Standard Time and so synchronize your watches accordingly ;))

G & T Show Blog Post
G & T Show Podcast YouTube Video if you want to listen (I'm the one with the accent) - starting at about maybe 14:20 or so.

Thank you, as always, for your kind support and interest.

All this is very unsettling, how donors are being treated. It was anticipated though, as things started to collapse.

A tip for Sandy (or any upset donors), while you may not get good results complaining to Kickstarter or Indiegogo, you can complain to Paypal. Paypal is very sensitive to fraud. They will freeze the account and make Axanar provide proof they have shipped what was promised etc.. Since Axanar has not shipped all they promised there account will stay in a frozen state.

You maybe able to file a fraud claim with the IRS:
https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/How-Do-You-Report-Suspected-Tax-Fraud-Activity?
While you may have no actual proof yourself of IRS fraud, it would at least get them to investigate and they may turn up all sorts of things.

Also there is complaining to the Better Business Bureau: http://www.bbb.org/ If there enough complaints to the BBB that could incite a possible criminal investigation.

Lastly, since this story seems 'new worthy' some of those local news investigation teams may want to report on it with enough negative donor input.

As a consumer you have rights, and there are options, it is just knowing what ones to take. I would suggest getting together with other upset donors to form a 'Class Action' group, there is power in numbers, and you will get better results.

I think a new FB group called 'Axanar Upset Donors Group' should be formed, this will help group all the negative donors together. They can then unify there actions and fight fire with fire. A donor would need to create and run this group. Any donors here want to do this?

Or, Sandy, you can eat the $35, $75, or $100 or whatever you gave and learn something from it. What the hell would anyone want any of the swag for any more, anyway? And, who can really trust anyone in Axanar any more that this movie is really worth making? I'm sorry, but the "Vulcan scene" put me to sleep faster than a shot of bourbon. IMO, YMMV, and so on.

Oh gosh, that whole thing. Yeah, she claimed that Bad Robot (read: we) were all behind the "Jen" persona in order to (gasp!) discredit her and Doug. She's a loon.
Thankfully I still have all the PMs from "Jen" on my FB page with her going ballistic any time I challenged her. Her claims of "working for Paramount" but "being paid by CBS" were enough to raise eyebrows, or how her boyfriend (or fiance, depending on which way the wind blew) one day working for CBS Licensing, then a couple days later for CBS Legal, then a few days later for Paramount Legal (and it didn't matter, because "they're all the same company"). Plus her remarks of how she worked for Doug Drexler despite his comments that it was not true.

She finally blocked me when I challenged her over her supposedly being in "constant contact" with Shari Redstone..."Jen" always called her "Sherrie" Redstone, and I mentioned if she truly knew Ms. Redstone she'd know how to spell her name correctly.

Was it ever prove that "Jen" was the guy from Massachussetts?

Mr. Ron Gamble is the designer of the wonderful cd and dvd cover arts for Star Trek Axanar. The video is a documentary evidence of Mr. Ron Gamble jokingly (of course) about being paid for working on Star Trek Axanar and then denies it as sarcasm on February 21, 2016. Maybe CBS and Paramount can investigate if it's true or not and if it's legal or not.

I'd be surprised if the Axanar legal team files early in the day today. They have until the close of business - and when you know your argument is weak you file as late as possible so the other side then starts with less time to look over/respond to what was filed.

@ 0:41, Propworx items for sale. Axanar donor funds being used to sell Propworx stuff. To be fair, it's minor, and only two items but still.

Just To let everyone know, I knew that he was joking. I have found that if you take one thing that they said (which makes them look bad) and repeat it over and over, they get paranoid. If he would have just talked to us, things would have been great, but the first thing out of his mouth was to call everyone a jackass.

Right, and he gets nothing for the designs for the t-shirts.
