Ash vs Evil Dead (new tv series)

It's been years since I've seen the movies, but it looked good to me.

It was weird not having a new episode yesterday. A Saturday without Evil Dead is like a day without sunshine. :(

I miss it too. Well, sounds like it's time to marathon the series again.

I've never seen the remake, I know Bruce Campbell has a small cameo as Ash, if I watch that one last would it feel like a part of the same universe?

A little something during the break: Evil Dead 2 !

I watched recently on El Rey and appeared to be uncut but I'm not sure during daytime hours. I think Sam Raimi is probably at his low budget creative peak and green enough to throw everything but the kitchen sink into the film.
I could swear there was a kitchen sink in that movie.

Casting spoilers for season 2!

Both of those additions are great news. :bolian:

Doesn't make up for Foster, though. :scream:

^ Sorry!

I can lie if it makes you feel better?

Yep. Lee and I go way back! I absolutely remember watching The Six Million Dollar Man in the 70's while eating a TV dinner and wearing bell bottom pants.

Oh yeah! I totally remember that! 1984 was a crazy year. I was dancing around with my white glittery glove, singing about how Billie Jean was not my lover.

Good times.

Haha. I'm old enough to remember when running in slo-mo and making "chew chew chew" sounds was cool.

It never actually was, of course, but I can remember when it was. I have an excellent memory.

^ I am kidding about remembering 1984. It was a few years before my existence.

I kind of wish that it was premiering on Halloween again. It seemed fitting.

Yeah, I'll always associate it with Halloween. Oh, well, at least we don't have to wait quite as long.
