Oh my God! A woman in underwear, Trekkies everywhere tremble in fear!![]()
When seeing a woman in underwear, fear has never been what has made this Trekkie tremble.![]()
I have seen women in far worse than underwear but I don't mind it if it works well in the film or firs the storyline.
princess leia slave out fit in return of the jedi, when you look at it in context made more sense than carol in STID. Leia was held captive as a slave girl by a perverted mosnter: jabba the hutt so he dressed her up the way he liked because he held her as property which made sense in the film.
carol's underwear made no sense at all within the context of the film, it was not even a metaphor for anything. it was just out of place

Of course it was, that type of' love' makes divorce lawyers as rich as Midas. It was a love scene.
People change clothes all the time; it's normal. What does an enormous space slug find attractive about a bony little human? That makes no sense.I have seen women in far worse than underwear but I don't mind it if it works well in the film or fits the storyline.

They make nice snacks.People change clothes all the time; it's normal. What does an enormous space slug find attractive about a bony little human? That makes no sense.
Weirdly, I misread that as "They make nice slacks". Conjuring an image of Leia as a seamstress, trying to figure how to make trousers for a mucilaginous blob. They make nice snacks.
Try and find an inseam.Weirdly, I misread that as "They make nice slacks". Conjuring an image of Leia as a seamstress, trying to figure how to make trousers for a mucilaginous blob.
Wasn't that in an episode of "Friends?"Try and find an inseam.
it's probably better if you don't think about it.What does an enormous space slug find attractive about a bony little human?
He's done a lot and it's probably only a two hour movie. Might have to narrow it down.I hope there's a homage of what Leonard Nimoy's Spock done in TV, & film.
All they can do is receive the news that Mr Spock has died or disappeared to Romulus. Preferably the latter since for a Vulcan he was not that old.I hope there's a homage of what Leonard Nimoy's Spock done in TV, & film.
ITA, if it was a love scene between Kirk/Marcus no problem. ST09 had Gaila and Uhura in their underwear that scene worked and made sense. Gaila was boning Kirk and Uhura was in her own room getting undressed. It is said the director regretted that K/M scene or this an urban legend?
