The VHS tapes are worthless. You might get something for the books at a used book store. Don't expect to get rich.
That is what I was thinking, I just don't know the fandom demand for this kind of stuff.

Most of those books look too well-read for a used book store to take them (unless they're not too picky).
The City on the Edge of Forever fotonovel is worth more than the others if it's in decent shape; at least that's the impression I get based on what people are asking for it on eBay. There were only 12 of those ever published, and they weren't around very long. And you might want to see if
Trek or Treat would appeal to anyone. I bought mine when it was first published, and of course back then we didn't have personal computers, let alone the internet with all the captioning sites that are around now.
But the rest of it (including the official VHS tapes) would best be donated to a charity sale or library, in my opinion. Once upon a time they'd have been worth something, but most people don't have VCRs anymore. Only a die-hard must-have-everything collector would want them, but good luck finding someone like that, even on a Star Trek site like this one.
