Your favorite Trek quotes?

From Star Trek V: The Final Frontier. This is one of my favorite scenes. It's my favorite Kirk, Spock and McCoy scene in this movie.

Kirk: Damn it, Spock! Goddamn it!
Spock: What I have done...
Kirk: What you have done is betray every man on this ship.
Spock: Worse. I have betrayed you. I do not expect you to forgive me.
Kirk: Forgive you?! I ought to knock you on your goddamn ass!
Spock: If you think it would help.
McCoy: You want me to hold him, Jim?
Kirk(to McCoy): You stay out of this.
Kirk(to Spock): Why, Spock, why? I... All you had to do was pull the trigger.
Spock: If I had pulled the trigger, Sybok would be dead.
Kirk: I ordered you to defend your ship.
Spock: You ordered me to kill my brother.
Kirk: Look, the man may be a fellow Vulcan, but that doesn't...
Spock: No, no, no, Captain, you do not understand. Sybok also is a son of Sarek.
Kirk: You mean he's your "brother" brother?
Spock: (quick yes nod of the head)
Kirk: You made that up.
Spock: I did not.
Kirk: You did, too. Sybok couldn't possibly be your brother, because I happen to know for a fact, you don't have a brother.
Spock: Technically, you are correct. I do not have a brother.
Kirk: There, you see? See?
Spock: I have a half-brother.
Kirk: I gotta sit down.

I love this scene because it has everything I love in a good scene.
It's got:
An angry Kirk. I love when Kirk gets angry.
Humor. McCoy asking if Kirk wanted him to hold Spock. Kirk needing to sit down.
Surprises. Finding out Spock has a half-brother. It's not a surprise now but it was the first time I saw this movie.

 I love that scene too and the one in wrath of khan when spock lets saavik pilot the enterprise out of space dock and mccoy asks kirk if he wants a tranquilizer:lol:

"If there's nothing wrong with me, maybe there's something wrong with the universe!"

Scotty is the Star Trek version of CSI: NY's Don Flack and CSI: Miami's Frank Tripp...he has a way with words. I just remembered this really good Scotty line from Star Trek 5.

Scotty is on the floor working on a console on the bridge.
Scotty: Borgus frat. "Let's see what she's got" said the captain. Well, we found out, didn't we?

"I would gladly risk feeling bad at times, if it also meant I could taste my dessert."

Data, of course.

We're the same. We share the same history, the same heritage, the same lives. We're tied together beyond any untying. Man or woman, it makes no difference. We're human. We couldn't escape from each other even if we wanted to. That's how you do it, Lieutenant. By remembering who and what you are. A bit of flesh and blood afloat in a universe without end. The only thing that's truly yours is the rest of humanity. That's where our duty lies.

From Star Trek TOS season 2 episode Obsession.
Garrovick: What's happening?
Chapel: Are we still chasing that thing halfway across the galaxy? Yes. Has the captain lost his sense of balance? Maybe. Is the entire crew about ready to explode? Positively.

This is one of my all time favorite Chekov and Sulu scenes.
Star Trek TOS season 2 episode The Deadly Years.
Chekov: Give us some more blood, Chekov. The needle won't hurt, Chekov. Take off your shirt, Chekov. Roll over, Chekov. Breathe deeply, Chekov. Blood sample, Chekov. Marrow sample, Chekov. Skin sample, Chekov. If-- If I live long enough...I'm gonna run out of samples.
Sulu: You'll live.
Chekov: Oh, yes, I'll live. But I won't enjoy it.

Here's my other all time favorite Chekov and Sulu scene.
Star Trek TOS season 2 Amok Time.
Sulu: How do you figure it, Chekov? First we're going to Vulcan. Then we're going to Altair. Then we're headed for Vulcan again. Now we're headed back to Altair.
Chekov: I think I'm going to get spacesick.
Another scene 5-7 minutes later...
Chekov: Mr. Sulu...you don't think...
Sulu: Maybe you ought to plot a course back to Vulcan, just in case.

Here's my favorite Garak quote from the DS9 season 2 episode Cardassians. I did use this as my signature here for a while. Forgot why I changed it. Oh yeah, Doctor Who.

Garak: I believe in coincidences. Coincidences happen every day. But I don't trust coincidences.

From Voyager's "Death Wish", spoken by Q.

"Is this a ship of the Valkyries or have you human women did away with your men altogether".:)

From Voyager's "Critical Care", spoken by Janeway. "I already have a man".

From TOS: Balance of Terror... McCoy's speech to Kirk about "(listing astronomical probabilities of life in the known universe)....and in all of that, only one of each of us. Don't destroy the one named Kirk."

From TNG: Worf: I protest! I am not a merry man!

From DS9: Worf: I will kill him! (talking about Julian Bashir)
Ezri: You're kidding, right?
Worf: And Jadzia always said I did not have a sense of humor.

From VOY: Janeway: There's coffee in that nebula!

From ENT: Hoshi: This is Empress Hoshi Sato!

From ST09: Captain Pike: You father was captain of a starship for 12 minutes. He saved 800 lives, including yours. I dare you to do better.

From STID: Kirk: The enemy of my enemy is my friend.
Spock: An Arabic proverb attributed to a prince who was beheaded by his own people.
Kirk: Still, it's a hell of a quote.

TOMALAK: Somehow I expected more than an idle threat from you Picard.
PICARD: Then you shall have it.

From TNG episode 'The Defector'

Voyager- The Cloud= Early Neelix put in his place

NEELIX: I did not come on board this ship to be a veterinarian, Captain.
JANEWAY: And I thought you were a man of unlimited talents.
NEELIX: I just reached my limit. So if you don't mind, Kes and I will wait on board my little vessel for you to return.
JANEWAY: All our crews are busy preparing for this mission. I'm not pulling them off their duties to prepare your ship for launch. And I'm not going drop you off on the side of the road every time we hit a bump. When we finished, if you want to leave that's your business, but for the moment, find yourself a seat with a good view, because just like Jonah and the whale, you're going in.
NEELIX: Is that final?
JANEWAY: Dismissed. That's a Starfleet expression for get out.

"The area of penetration may be sensitive."--Spock, "The Immunity Syndrome."

You gotta admit, it's hard to forget. :)

This my favorite scene from the DS9 season 4 episode Broken Link

Kira starts sneezing.
Dax: 2, 3...I say she stops at 7.
Sisko: I say 8. Mr. Worf?
Worf: 10.
Kira stops at 8 but for a few seconds looks like she's about to sneeze a 9th time.
Kira: Oh, I hate being pregnant!
Sisko: I win.

"Have we become so feaful? have we become so cowardly? that we must extinguish a man, because he carries the blood of a current enemy?"

"Surrender while you can!"
"I don't think so. My shields are holding, your boarding parties are contained, and my reinforcements are closer than yours. You're fighting a war on two fronts, is this what you really want?"
