And the upgrade is running. now we got five days to get the other track ready to unlock T1.

Quick update on the research lab:

We have upgraded both subtracks to T1 and completed the contributions for the main holding upgrade project.
it is currently on cooldown for the next 5 days.

We are currently in the process of leveling to T2 subtracks/building provisions.
As soon as enough provisions are available everyone has access to items from the first stores:

Kit frames, kit modules, science consoles, secondary deflectors.
You can already buy green quality R&D doffs.

Main holding upgrade will unlock transwarp destination to the research lab, engineering and medbay facilities to heal injuries for free (one less service you need to go to ESD for) and weekly fleet wide buff projects that benefit every fleet member when completed.

After the main holding upgrade we have a minor fleet upgraded already queued: Investogative Researcg Duty officer Assignments
Those doff assignments reward r&D materials, R&D XP and other stuff crafting related.
You need Krenim R&D doffs for those.

We seem to be tearing through the new fleet holding a lot quicker than the others. I wonder if the sneak peak from broken circle didn't help motivate it.

Its just that fleets in this armada isn't as active as we are. Over at the armada we rejected, half their fleets are as fast as we are in terms of progress in the new fleet holding.

It's just that we make sure to start each project each day. And we have a different leveling strategy this time.
Where we used to take a balanced but slower approach on both tracks in other holdings, we are focussing on research here and catch up wirh development when the research upgrades are running blocking further leveling and another upgrade anyway.
So no waiting time for stuff to finish before we can do something else.

One more upgrade is done and finished, we have access to research lab kit modules Mk XIII, more secondary deflectors, blue krenim r&d doffs.

And of course the main T2 upgrade is open now to contribution.

This will require the combined resources of the fleet to finish in a short amount of time.

I kicked a few more inactive characters from the fleet.
All of them have not been online since at least 2014.
Exceptions were made for characters who have been original founding members of the fleet who retain honorary membership or have above average holding contributions.

As usual, if you return to the game and find yourself unexpectedly no longer part of the fleet, just ask for a reinvite, of course. :)

The last big T2 Research lab upgrade project is just lacking 74k dilithium.
We should be able to kick it off soon if enough people chip in a bit.
When that is done we will be almost ready to work on T3. :)

Well, access to our little ingame community first of all. ;)
Secondly, access to our Starbase and many holdings which in turn has some vendors for very powerful endgame gear.

You can get the fleet credits needed by contributing to fleet projects that advance our fleet further. Focus atm is on the new Research Lab.

All holdings offer some daily missions and assignments earning you additional resources.

We are also part of a larger Armada which allows you to contribute to other fleets as well if you find that the particular resources you want to donate are not specifically needed for a current projct of ours, so more chances to earn fleet credits.

And then we also have some more powerful endgame ships in our fleet shipyard.

Edit: the benefits become available at level 50.
