Anybody know when we can expect to start seeing more footage?
During the premier episode. That's my guess - and my attitude.Anybody know when we can expect to start seeing more footage?

Your guess is as good as mine tbh. Fox is being awfully tight lipped about it and just as troll like lately. Ugh. They have some awful promo people there imo.

What do you guys want? The thing doesn't even air for another 6 months!
How do you drive fans away from something that hasn't aired yet?
I mean, they're only making 6 episodes, and they're still casting people for roles. How much new footage do you guys actually think there is?
I just think it's too early to be criticizing the ad campaign. The internet has spoiled us into thinking we're supposed to be shown every little detail of every production. Give it some time. We'll get more eventually.

Bingo. I don't get this weird modern attitude that we're entitled to know every detail of every upcoming production months in advance.
"But the show comes out a year from now and the trailer didn't reveal anything that hasn't already been spoiled on the internet!"
There was a day (he says, channeling his inner curmudgeon) when we just watched stuff when it came out and decided whether we liked it afterwards. We didn't expect total transparency regarding every stage of the production, or to be spoiled months or years in advance.
(Granted, there were magazines like Famous Monsters and Starlog that occasionally hyped upcoming movies, but that was pretty much it.)
I hope it's not too soon to hope they can do more after these 6? I'd like a few seasons of that. But they may have something really climactic happening that would make that impossible.

Fair point. But I still think they're being a BIT too harsh towards the fans. Been planning on doing so tbh. Didn't expect anything new from them at least for awhile at least.
I'm not expecting to see tons of huge revealing trailers with detail plot info, I was just kind of surprised we haven't seen more is all.I just think it's too early to be criticizing the ad campaign. My only hope is that it ends when they want it to end. If it's only these 6 episodes, then I want these 6 episodes to have a definitive conclusion.
Gillian didn't even really want to do this season in the first place. She mostly agreed to it because, after the second movie, they never really got a chance to say goodbye. I'm assuming this season will provide a lot of closure.
