The Way of the Warrior

Yes, these two episodes were full of witty exchanges. I like Garak’s views on incurring damages.

BASHIR:They broke seven of your transverse ribs and fractured your clavicle.
GARAK: But I got off several cutting remarks that no doubt did serious damage to their egos.

....
To this day, this line never fails to crack me up. :lol:

I just remembered Garak and Dukat fighting the Klingons in the corridor;

GARAK: Who would've thought that the two of us would be fighting side by side?
DUKAT: Just remember when you fire that thing you're aiming it at a Klingon.
GARAK: I'll try to keep that in mind...

GARAK: I find this hand-to-hand combat really quite distasteful.
DUKAT: I suppose you prefer the simplicity of an interrogation chamber.
GARAK: You have to admit, it's much more civilised!

I remember watching WOTW when it first aired. My brother and I were pretty much on the edge of our seats the whole time. One of the most exciting DS9 eps, up until that point.

Is it possible that this episode followed by "The Visitor" effectively marks the single highest point of DS9?

Not that there aren't many high points to follow, but that was basically two consecutive amazing episodes right there.

Dear Quark, used parts from your disruptor to fix the replicators. Will return them soon. Rom.

My favourite bit of that exchange is;

Odo: "You're going to hit them with a box?"
Quark: "No. This is my disrupter pistol, the one I used to carry when I was serving on that Ferengi freighter."
Odo: "I thought you were the ship's cook?"
Quark: "That's right, and every member of that crew thought he was a food critic."
