They should have hired your secretary to do the logo. While I don't care for the white stuff around the bottom, the rest of it is really nice.My much put upon, not at all aspy secretary, did this in her lunch break. The Enterprise is a bit rough. Not sure about it, although the altered perspective on the Delta is nice.
The "50" in the center is a distraction. But the rest is excellent.I figured I'd take a second crack at it, and use stuff from the show this time!
How about a blue background instead of red? Blue would remind me of Spock's uniform, which would remind me of Nimoy.
Definitely like it facing left and not right. But not for political reasons.

3 hours of work, and it nearly turned out horrible. Changed what I was going to do at the last minute, and it turned out rather nice. Think the B&W is quite striking despite wishing I'd left the heads in colour.
Just had a thought. That would look gorgeous printed on a black T-shirt. . . .mug. . .mouse mat. . God, I'm turning in to a Ferengi.

Get thee to a T-shirt printing shop/website. There are plenty that would print a shirt for you. I'm quite happy to make a large scale copy of the image available to anyone who wants it. All donations to my nearest charity run animal sanctuary are welcome.
Not that they ever looked bad, but I love how dignified they all look. Mulgrew, in particular, looks powerful. This is a great piece.
