The power to absorb other superpowers at will (ie. no Rogue "can't touch anyone" or Peter Petrelli "can't avoid getting uncontrollable nuke powers if the guy comes near me" negative consequences).
Gold bullets cannot hurt me.
Telepathy would be torture.
I doubt many could hack it, it would emotionally devastate most of us.

If I need to pick just one power, then I would choose the ability to grant any attribute of any fictional character to any real person - including superpowers.
If that still seems too much like a cheat for the OPs purposes, then the ability to make people (including myself) ageless in optimal physical condition.

The ability to fly would be cool.
If you went to sleep for 8 hours every night but only a few minutes passed in real time you would be aging 8 hours faster a day than everyone else. After a decade or so people would start commenting on how crap you looked.
The ability to send myself one message/thought at the end of each week back in time to the start of said week. That way, I could save friends and loved ones from accidents, foil terror plots via anonymous tips, and win a huge-ass lottery, so I could go to film school and have other adventures without worrying about being a financial basket case the rest of my life.
