Didn't Barry travel back in time by a day? When he did, he didn't really run back to the future. He just stayed in that timeline. I'm guessing that's why Flash is behind Arrow by one episode.

Yeah, clearly this happened earlier in Arrow's season. Malcolm was still training Thea.
I am sure most will be happy that Cisco "remembers" the alternate timeline. But how do you remember something that never happened?? I hope they explain that.
"Cub reporter" (yes, Christopher, is is a Superman reference. I surveyed several journalism professionals...while most heard of the term none of them used it in their workplace. The one person who did use it last heard it 30 years ago)
Oh, and another thing Christopher might disagree with (not trying to bash you man-- just keeping me on mtoes)...i love the line Joe said when Eddie asked "When does my vote mean more than yours?" "When you become her husband!"
I don't see that as treating Iris as property, but rather a challenge to Eddie's commitment to the long & hard times.
So any guy who thinks they know better for my daughter...i'd ask, where were you in any of those years? What trauma have you walked through with her that makes you so confident you know what's best for her. OK...enough daddy soapbox....
I'm sick of the whole "Don't tell Iris" storyline and am hating Joe as a result. It's not the 19th century...Joe doesn't get to decide what's best for his adult daughter. This storyline has brought out the very worst in Joe.
Barry isn't much better either with his sociopathic lies.
Eddie needs to man up on this one but as someone else pointed out, it's not his place to tell Iris about Barry's secret. What he should tell Iris if she wants to know why he can't talk, then she should ask her father and Barry.
The funny thing is is that Joe and Barry have probably done more to threaten the lives of those they claim to love with how loose they've been with Barry's secret identity. You have Joe calling Barry by his real name in the presence on criminals (or when the police captain is near by). Barry doesn't even seem to make an effort anymore, often taking off his mask and not bothering to distort his voice.
Hell, I wouldn't mind seeing Amanda Pays Tina McGee fill the Harrison Wells slot.
Ray was awkwardly shoved into this show but I liked his interaction with Cisco.
Still, he should've seen the signs.Lucky for him nobody told that to Roy!
While I do agree that it's unfair that Iris is literally the only main character not to know Barry's secret, I don't really have a problem with Barry and Joe keeping it from her. While isn't fair to her, it makes perfect sense that her father and the guy who's been in love with her since they were kids would try their best to protect her.
Yeah, I really felt for Eddie in this one, squeezed as he is between conflicting interests. Kudos to him for voicing what we've all been saying, that Iris seems to be the only one who doesn't know!
I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm just saying that I understand their perspective.
