Shat was also in National Lampoon's Loaded Weapon 1, but was by no means the funniest actor in that film.
also in some 70s made-for-TV (you know, before there was "straight-to-video") movie of the week, "Terror at 35,000 Feet" or something like that, about some evil/satanic entity let loose on an airliner.
If I remember correctly, Shatner played a priest teetering on the edge of his faith
Thanks!Nice work, Gaith.
Huh, I'd never heard of that scene before. Fascinating! Though I'm relieved to see that it wouldn't necessarily have fit in the video, as Nimoy's face isn't visible until several seconds later, and there's a lot going on apart from Shatner's face, which is what I was mainly concentrating on.Too bad you missed the moment in The Man from UNCLE's "The Project Strigas Affair" where he drunkenly puts an arm around bad guy Leonard Nimoy, two years before Star Trek.![]()
In honor of Shatner's 84th birthday tomorrow, may I present Captain's Voyage, a supercut of my own making. Fifty years of performances in under four minutes!
Interesting, but oddly most of his iconic non-Trek roles were mentioned in the comments, not the article itself.
Denny Crane: "Denny Crane!"
He raided Mike Brady's wardrobe in the first minute.![]()
You mean Australian youtube blocked it?Couldn't listen to that song, sorry.![]()
