Grant Morrison brought him into the new 52 with Action Comics #9 almost 3 years ago.
I'm sure he's shown up again, and that that wiki is out of date.

That link says that Calvin was based on Obama, but is he really (in-universe) supposed to BE Obama?

I'm just glad to see this being (tentatively) produced as a TV serial and not a movie. These comic-inspired plots lend themselves so much better to the longform format...especially now that technology has caught up with it.
^ There's nothing tentative about this project at all. It was developed and pitched as a TV series and already has a full series commitment from CBS.

Supergirl's had some pretty crappy costumes over the years. So no matter what they use I imagine there will be something worse.
I dare anyone to make a worse choice than that headband.
