We got a report of snow flurries in my area earlier tonight. We might get some snow in a few days and mixed with rain, but yeah - if you want to see and walk in snow you'd best head up to the Mid-Atlantic. Or Colorado. One or the other.
So it's a good thing you're in Huntsville Alabama not Huntsville Ontario where they've had a good pile of snow already
Just before Thanksgiving in 1989 my part of Virginia got so much snow that we were out of school about a week before the holiday, the holiday week itself and a few days afterwards. That was the last time we got a massive snowstorm in my area this early but that kind of weather is always a possibility.
