That sign reminds of the scene in Kiss of Death, where Richard Widmark, laughing maniacally, pushes an old lady in a wheelchair down the stairs.

While this sign is absolutely head-bangable (what is wrong with these people?) this doesn't qualify as a traffic sign or place name sign along the roadside.

That'd be disputable. It's an official sign, installed by the town authorities on a roadside. It's for 4-wheeled vehicles, even
But gimme a sec and I'll try to find one that qualifies the strict definition.

So, north takes you to Wales and Daleks and west takes you to bathrooms, trains, boats and parking.

Plus, really, no one would want a sign taking you TO Daleks. You need a sign telling you how to get AWAY from Daleks.

Difodi! Difodi! (I think)

Almost correct Difodi is the basic form of the verb (to exterminate) but you need the second person plural imperative. That's easy to build in case of regular verbs (which this one seems to be, fortunately) : just add -wch to the stem and you get:

Difodwch!​

[pronounciation is approximately dee-vo-dooch with the v like the v in five and the ch like in Scottish och]
