Who Came First? - Female or Male?

God is actually a female.

For the last 3 000 years the Abrahamic religions and Zoroastrianism have featured a Creator with Male characteristics. Prior to that Ancient Humans worshipped Gods with Female characteristics aka Mother Goddesses for tens of thousands of years.

Apart from asserting a claim the article you've linked to doesn't make, what at all does it have to to with the evolutionary question brought up by the OP?

No. Prior to sexual differentiation, mammalian fetuses have intrinsically mammalian characteristics. Sex predated mammals.

Mammals meaning warm blooded and lactating from glands meant to convert the available nutrients taken in into the same building blocks that DNA would need to continue to encode the growth cycle within the developing fetus?

Could humans therefore have been similar to reptiles prior to a mammalian infusion with a reptilian human counterpart?

Or could early humans have been Protist?

Well, I see this thread is going to have nothing to do with science, much less technology, so I am closing it as offtopic.

Good day.
