As Atlantis is now coming to an end and it's likely we'll never find out but is there any reason not to assume that manufacturing labs exist in the main city where ZPM's, Jumpers, Drones etc are constructed or do you suppose that these are constructed in other locations/planets and have just never been discovered by the Atlantis teams. The Ancients must've had some way of replacing everything they had?

Since they went to the Pegasus galaxy in Atlantis, and it is their main city, one has to assume it has the capability to make these things. It would make sense to me that Atlantis have this capability somewhere inside, a Stargate making facility, drone making, ZPM making etc.... If they had spent time actually searching the city instead of always going offworld, maybe they would have found them. I could live with it if they had found them but the facilities were broken or just not working for some reason.
Noooo, much better to have rehashed replicator storylines, escape-from-the-wraith-hive-ship stories and the weekly 'primitive village' location
