I really enjoyed being included in today's discussion; its often tough for me to make new friends. I'd also like to offer my sincere apologies, if I offended anyone - that was not my aim in the slightest.
No offence taken - we all come from different backgrounds, experiences, and ultimately we all have different things in life which we prioritise so as long as you express it politely (which I thought you did) then whilst I might disagree I won't think you a rude or anything
Understanding why we feel differently on something is super important to so finding where our Venn diagrams of life intersect and our points of similarity first make it much easier to then challenge each other when we have different views so all good buddy

As I said in another thread, I'm not PC, but I do believe in being gentle, patient, and respectful. What really bothers me are folks who constantly play the "victim card", saying that I'm somehow "bigoted", "close-minded", "racist", "sexist", and of course their favorite buzzword, "intolerant". Such out of control screaming matches are a big reason why I quit watching the news; no one seemed to be able or willing to maintain their composure.
Think this is a convo best left to DM/TNZ just due to not wanting to take this thread off topic or breach any rules in terms of language etc and happy to chat there
