Zoom Session to Talk about Star Trek

Would Unity also be a good idea?
Scorpion is already a two-parter and we have PRO and whatever else we’re watching and reading on our own. Last night I watched WW84 and tonight I might finish off Shantaram or some episodes of What We Do in the Shadows recommended to me, and read more of the PIC novel Second Self—I really enjoy Una McCormack. Plus I had my second booster and flu shots last night and am feeling them today, and I already had a toothache and have been caring for my mom who’s come down with the flu. Also work; today at the Library I put up Thanksgiving & gratitude, and mental health displays. …heck just writing all that has me winded and not wanting to watch anything. Maybe I’ll game on my phone for an hour and forget about life for a while.

All that said, recommend Unity again in the future, especially if the Borg stick around on PRO. Like Survival Instinct, it was one of the more tragic Borg episodes, seeing the cost and rippling effects they had in the Quadrant.

Trek Zoom today at 9 PM GMT. Come one, come all — regardless if you’ve watched this week’s episodes or not!

For those of us in North America, this week only, that’s 5 PM Eastern / 4 PM Central / and 2 PM Pacific Daylight Savings Time. “Falling back” to Standard Time tomorrow, next week’s Trek Zoom will be at the usual time in North America of 4 PM Eastern / 3 PM Central / 1 PM Pacific.

If we’re watching one, I’d say TOS’ Obsession. A Piece of the Action is a little too cheesy for my tastes; plus it’s a fan favorite and I’m sure LD or another series will at some point revisit the episode and we can do it then.

Well, I've caught up on Prodigy, and also watched Obsession. I know Galaxy Quest. I don't know Muse. There's no way I'm rewatching Course: Oblivion.

Muse is a charming VOY episode about B’Elanna crashed on a primitive planet, being the muse for a young playwright who helps her.
