Actually, there is Ketracel White and Unrefined Ketracel for Doff asignments, and it is different from the Ketracel White consumable that drops on ground missions.
That hints to the fact that a Jem'Hadar Boff may be coming. Possibly as reward for the finishing the current FE.
That reminds me someone needs to send David Mack and Christopher a picture of this varient of the TNG film uniform and ask them is this what everyone is wearing in the books now.
I passed on the BOFF but tried putting the Jem"Hader set on each away team member. It just didn't fit any of their 'personalities' or functions, so put the items in the bank for now.

That looks better than mine. I couldn't get a right shot for my liking. Also, I look fantastic!
Oh, and for the record, I didn't hear a thing anyone might have been saying. Silver players can't access the TBBS comm channel.
Yes, they can. Several of our silvers are using it. The only chat restrictions I know of happens during the first 20 hours if playtime to prevent spam. As far as I know that only affects PMs and even that time you can shorten if you ever made any kind of purchase (C-Store, game copy or subscription).
Basically I held a speech thanking everyone for their commitment to he fleet and making it what it is today and then getting relieved of command by Trek using the original Ceremony from Chain of Command.

EDIT: I jumped into STO to see if I could get it fixed. I tried to chat on the channel and it wouldn't let me, so I asked around and someone told me to try and re-subscribe. I had tried about a dozen times before, but sure enough, it worked this time. As far as I know, it works now.
