    Yeah, I'm autistic, and I'm aware that early memories are usually not as vivid with other people, if they can remember back that far at all.

    Trying to imagine Shrek and Amanda walking arm in arm from the shuttle to meet Kirk and the others in Journey to Babel, then Spock having to explain to Kirk that Shrek is his father.

    I first saw TOS in reruns in the mid-80s. I was 12 and the episode I remember best from that time is A Taste of Armageddon. The senselessness of being beamed out into space because two computers fighting a war struck my awakening sense of the absurd enough that I still remember the episode.

    I was born in 1962, I don't remember the first episode I saw from the original run. I think my older brother had it on. I remember wondering where the show with the guy with the pointed ears was. Then in the early 1970s it came back on. There are several episodes that are my fave. I think I like "Amok Time" because we see Spock's people and get to know something about how they choose their mates. :wtf:
