I bought some bread this morning, and this:

Dangermouse, you're lucky we've got the pond 'tween us, 'cause I might not be able to stop myself from beating you up and stealing your beautiful sage green suede handbag. It's fabulous!

It's Fat Face actually... which I think you have in the US. Check out their website, you might be able to order it - no violence necessary ;)

^Oh, I am jealous. There's nothing like a rich, full-bodied wine (or a nice sweet port) imbibed along side a smooth, bitter chocolate. Unless you have a Queer As Folk marathon to go with it.

Today I bought $50 worth of art supplies for the graphic novel I had the sudden inspiration to write.

I couldn't finish the chocolate, so there's some left if you want it. ;)

Sounds like $50 very well spent!

More items for the gerbils. I had to get tanks that are 16 inches tall because they were able to get out of the one that are 12 inches tall. Plus, I bought some litter for them, along with tops for the tanks and some clips to hold the tops on. However, the clips don't work very well, so telephone books are securing the tops.

Right now I'd rather go for the wine.

I hope so! I've drawn a few pictures and am fiddling around with Comic Life, and in so doing I've realized that I've taken on an impossibly great task. Still, I'm enjoying it.

I haven't bought anything for a few days, though, lord, there has been so much I've wanted to buy! There was a sea green and white seersucker sundress with that classic full-skirt cut that will never go out of style. There was an ostentatious pink floral jacket that would just look fabulous over the dress. And, well, just so much more!

I already know what my *next* purchases will be:

- Season 9 of The Red Green Show on DVD (due out this Tuesday)
- Season 2 of Disorderly Conduct from the iTunes Store. Gotta finish watching all of Season 1 first though. Man, this AppleTV rocks!
