2 T-shirts, one with a box of popcorn on the front and "Pop it like it's hot" written over it, the other with FCUK written on the shoulder (which has more meaning to me than simply being a rearranged swear word). Both were on sale at £8.

If you can find someone who can teach you "continental style," it won't make a difference. It's a natural style for lefties--and actually faster in some ways than how most Americans knit.

Funny, my mom just mentioned in an email this week that she and a friend are learning the continental style. She's very creative but unfortunately only passed on her crafty genes to my sister. I'm all thumbs when it comes to stuff like that...

Yesterday was a pricey day:

1) I got the puppy groomed
2) Got extra house keys made
3) Ink cartidges for the color printer and a new lunch bag
4) Bones and new bed for puppy
5) Facial
6) Makeup (foundation) and sunscreen

Yesterday was a pricey day:

But you bought NICE things (well, apart from the house keys/ink cartridges), so it's actually a GOOD day. :)

I did my grocery shopping in the morning and bought cream tea for two in the afternoon. A productive Sunday. :D

This is true. My face feels amazing and the puppy looked so cute until I took him for a walk this afternoon and he got all muddy. Spring is here. :)

A cream tea sounds awesome. However, after the shepherd's pie, corned beef/cabbage, soda bread, Smythwick's and Bailey's cream pie I consumed at a St. Pat's party last night I'd be shopping for new clothes a size larger!

I've spent way too much money this weekend. Starting with the Fluevog shoe sale on Friday, on to the Triple 5 Soul sale on Saturday where I bought two lightweight jackets -- a 3/4 sleeve casual black jacket and a tight-fitting teal windbreaker (originally $89.99 and $99.99 respectively) for $20 each. After that it was a little brown cardigan with ruffles (small) down the front. Then another hatstand. Then a cute high-waisted A line skirt with brown buttons down the front. Then a coffee grinder.

I bought some Pickled Onion Flavoured Maize And Potato Crunchy Sticks. In a bag. Shut up, alright? They're really nice.

Here, a lady is eating some. Behold:

4 Mets tickets! W00t!!!! :techman:

May 10th (vs. Pirates), May 11, 12 and 13 (vs. Braves).

Citi Field, here I come! :techman:

*is jealous* Though I might be going to a Mets/Nationals game this summer. I'll have to take both baseball caps with me, and switch the one I wear depending on who's winning. Oh, the joy of having split loyalties!

A new grill. The old one was beyond salvage.

But this one is bigger, shinier and has more room for more hamburgers and steaks and brats and chicken and..... :D

Groceries, gasoline, eyeglasses, Aspen bedding for my gerbils and guinea pig, and fleece for my guinea pig. It is widely used in the C&C cages. I just use Aspen in her kitchen area where her hay rack is.

I just picked up an iPod Touch. It was a gift to myself for a successful day of judging (check paid for it), and for spending 17 with the cherubs to play for two playoff basketball games.

For the car:
AP coilovers
Brembo Max brakes
EBC RedStuff brake pads
VW Golf V rear window wiper

For me:
A lime green hoodie (Damn you! I said no more hoodies!  )
A navy blue Spring jacket
This Police watch

Have you seen the new Nats park? I was there last year. Way cool. Damn sight better than that shithole RFK. :p
