If its a holodeck on Voyager, I'd play "A Million Ways To Kill Neelix" continuously 
Expanded holodeck? Did I miss something? 
I'd spent the rest of my life exploring star systems and places I will never get to go to. But that's me in VOY's holodeck with my Lonely Galaxy holo-guide. As to what I'd do with a holodeck programmed today with what we have today, I'd have to think about that. I sure as heck wouldn't be wandering around ye olde england though.

Additional holo emitters...something like that. It was used in Killing game and Fair Haven.

Nice! I'd go with. I'm not qualified for that game so I'd be funny to watch me make an ass of myself.
I'll go with "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare". And all of the bad guys look like Neelix or Harry Kim.
If I was trapped in what we have today, as in all the wonders of our current world and past history I suspect I would just go on in there and eat. EVERYTHING.
My gym has a class specifically for it. I think I could do the lower body/agility obstacles, but I'd fail on all the hanging obstacles.
I've answered this question generally but if this question is more toward 'which program I would play if I was stuck in the Delta Quadrant', I'd probably play something like Fairhaven. Nothing too sci-fi or anything that would remind me that I'm stuck in the Delta Quadrant.
