Your Holiday movie traditions

I'm sure many of us have those movies that we like to watch each year around this time. Tell us what they are. As for me, my traditions are:

Die Hard
Love, Actually
The Nightmare Before Christmas
Santa Claus Conquers the Martians (MST3K of course)

The George C Scott version of A Christmas Carol.
When Harry met Sally...
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
A Christmas Story
A Christmas Carol (1951)
Love, Actually
Die Hard

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
Home Alone 2
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
The Nightmare Before Christmas

Besides the claymation specials, my family has never really had a tradition of watching movies around Christmas time. Which is strange, because they are obsessed with movies and rent several a week. But no particular focus on Christmas.

I've never had Xmas movie traditions either, but I do always watch the Millennium episode "Midnight of the Century" every year. I think that's the only "special holiday episode" I actually like, of any series.

Tasty appetizers on Christmas Eve while turning down the lights for my favourite holiday film of all time: The Muppet Christmas Carol.

Die Hard over Xmas Eve midnight
Patrick Stewart's A Christmas Carol
Ghostbusters
Die Hard 2
Lethal Weapon
The Bishop's Wife (which I actually haven't managed to watch this year cos I can't find the tape)
Blackadder's Christmas Carol
Bottom: Holy

Every year I watched Albert Finneys "Scroog". It was on for several years, Christmas Eve or Morning. That was before DVD and before everything was put out there to buy. Some reason they stopped showing it every year. But I restarted my tradition a few years ago and bought the dvd. I now watch it either Christmas Eve, or sometime on Christmas Day.

Other than that I watch stuff I stuff on tv and this year I am watching a few episodes of Farscape.

Christmas wouldn't be as such without The Snowman. :)

However, it must be said that Joyeux Noel, The Nightmare Before Christmas, this decade's Peter Pan film, The Muppet Christmas Carol, and (I suppose) Love Actually are now joining my list of must-see seasonal films.
