Your Favorite On-Screen Trek Ship

Sibyl

My favorite Star Trek ship as a design, by far, is the Refit Enterprise, both interior, and exterior.

However, if given the choice of OWNING any ship ever shown in Star Trek in real life, I would choose the Enterprise-D because of the technology and spaciousness.

The Kelvin Timeline USS Enterprise. I've argued about and dissected it frame-by-frame so much I can't help but love her.

All 725 MFing meters of her.

I guess I'll go with the Beyond version, with the smaller, swept-back nacelles and thinner neck.

I also have a soft spot for the USS Curry from DS9's "A Time to Stand".

Normally, kitbashes look really weird, but something about this class (whatever it's called) just clicks. With that forward slung secondary hull, I've always assumed this was a Starfleet Marine troop transport - i.e. the 2nd hull could be detached and used as a troop barracks or something like that.

NCC-1701.

No bloody A, B, C or D.

It was short lived (12 minutes), but I loved the USS Kelvin. To me, it actually looked like a real physical starship. Liked the idea of wrap around windows on the bridge and it had a retro design that looked like traveling space had been hard on the ship and the crew.

"Yesterday's Enterprise" Enterprise C. The Ambassador class, as seen in that episode, has elements from two other fan-favourite ship classes, the Refit Constitution class and the Galaxy class. Thus the Enterprise-C, as built by Sternbach and Jein, is the perfect blend of the TMP and TNG aesthetics.

The original U.S.S. Enterprise N.C.C.-1701 first choice ; second U.S.S. Nimoy N.C.C.-1931 ; third U.S.S.Leanorad H. McCoy ; four the U.S.S. No Kill And fifth choice the U.S.S. Overkill.

For 23rd century, I like the refit Enterprise.

24th century, I think the Enterprise D is the most attractive ship. It's graceful looking. I like Voyager's adjustable nacelles. I also like the hospital ship that Dr. Crusher commanded in All Good Things....

I'm not familiar with any of those other than the NCC-1701. Were they shown in the series(es) or movies?
