Just finished it. SPOILERS of course.
Pretty solid episode, if very focused on just a few members of the team. Aqualad continues to impress me, both in terms of powers and of personality. Connor and Megan antics were fun; by itself those two would be cloying but set against the generally edgier background of much of the rest of the show, it's sweet. Does Superboy not know Superman's secret identity? Cause the "in honor of Kent Nelson" was a nice save on Megan's part.
It took me awhile to get used to a non-Clancy-Brown voice coming from everybody's favorite chrome dome.
I'm really impressed at how they continue to make Sportsmaster - perhaps one of the goofiest villains of the Golden Age - into a reasonably sinister threat. And there's something amusing about the Shadows being controlled by the Light.
After being an obnoxious twit it's good to see Red Arrow finally growing up a bit. That said, if the "mole" turns out who to be who I suspect it will be, the powerset exchange is a bit on-the-nose, not to mention shades of Hawkgirl.
It's really good to see new material for this show; the dribbly drabbly way they've released it has probably killed a lot of interest, which is a shame because it's excellently done.

Great ep. Love seeing Cat Grant. 
The school stuff was funny...I still think this would have been a great live action premise for The CW since Smallville is gone.

I've been thinking about the mole. The obvious candidate is just that - too obvious. There's no twist at all if she's the mole. I'm just not sure who else it could be - though it suddenly occurs to me, it could be Superboy, in even Deeper coverage. Remember, he was created by the council of the light.

I don't think any of the young team members know Superman's identity. Megan wasn't deliberately covering for Superboy's behalf, she sincerely believed that was the reason J'onn made the suggestion.
It's not like superheroes routinely broadcast their identities to every other cape. In the DCAU Justice League series, Superman, Batman, and the Flash didn't share their identities with the rest of the team until the end of the second season, and only when circumstances forced it. And remember, in the YJ universe, Robin hasn't yet shared his real name with his own teammates. So we don't know how many people YJ-verse Superman has shared his identity with. It makes sense that J'onn, a telepath, would know it, but we don't even know if the rest of the League does (although Batman undoubtedly knows all their identities whether they want him to or not).
I could've done without the resurrection of Wendy and Marvin, but I liked the gag about Superboy having to "change" (or rather, invert) his t-shirt to hide his identity and then seeing half the class wearing superhero-logo tees.
And did you notice that the cheerleader who told Megan she was now a Bumblebee actually was Bumblebee? At least, I assume she was, since she had the same double-bun hairstyle as that character did on Teen Titans.
Did anyone see in the credits who was playing Luthor? I'm watching on my stupid slow-as-hell laptop because my desktop's motherboard is in critical condition, and so I wasn't successfully able to freeze-frame on the end credits. I'm pretty sure Oded Fehr did Ra's al Ghul, though. (And we have seen Fehr credited as a member of the Light, which I believe answers JD's question.)
And Mercy is a fembot? That was quite a twist.
Although it's understandable why it's taking so long to get these episodes produced, because animation this good takes time. They should've just waited another 6-12 months before premiering it at all.
Oh, I didn't hear his name mentioned, but I wondered if it might be someone like that, since he seemed rather boyish for a teacher.
I still want to know who did Luthor's voice, though.
He was addressed in the classroom as Mr. Carr, and combining that with the finger snaps outside the school made the reveal for me.
Thanks for mentioning the new episode. It had already been pulled from CN's website (or swapped on a rotation, not sure) but I was able to find it on YouTube.

At least the delays are understandable. The production values on this show are superb; they clearly put a great deal of care into the animation. And good animation takes time.
