I wonder if this has anything to do with a lack of sales from the previous two films action figures? I know that I wasn't interested in anything from either of those two movies except for Phoenix Jean Grey which I picked up.

Good.Hasbro has no liscensing agreement for the film.
Jean Grey & Beast were part of the Marvel Legends build a figure assortment. If you wanted the 5th figure, you had to buy them. It kinda helped gaurentee they'd sell. Marvel Legends & the build a figure concept have proven to be a great line and selling point for Hasbro. I don't believe lack of sales was an issue.I wonder if this has anything to do with a lack of sales from the previous two films action figures? ......because fans will still buy toys of characters they like regardless of the films success. It also doesn't factor in the fact that children will still ask their parents to buy them. Marvel toys much like Transformers & G.I.Joe merchendise still sell regardless of whatever film or cartoon is promoting them.@Flemm...one reason why the toys wouldn't have sold well for either "X-Men: The Last Stand" or "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" is because those movies were critically panned by fans. Why bother buying toys from movies that sucked?
..or with Thor, Capt. America, Marvel Universe, Iron-Man, Spider-Man & the relaunch of Marvel Legends, Hasbro is stretched thin and couldn't get another production team to sculpt and produce them. It's very possable that figures from the film could make their way into a line next year. That's why I wondered what the sales were like in the first place though, obviously there is still gonna be a market for the toys in the first place. It could be a case of Hasbro's contract expiring and not being renewed. Either way it doesn't look like we're getting figures from this movie which would make "First Class" the only comic book movie coming out this year that doesn't have any.

I would prefer to erase The Green Hornet from memory if possible.
Back to X-Men news, here's a link to a story about how to ask questions of the cast on twitter. Be warned, at the bottom of the page, Michael Fassbender talks about his character and gives some information which many of you may consider spoilerish:
