wwe vs tnt anyone watching?

Melina, Chris Masters, David Hart Smith, and Vladimir Kozlov are all now able to sign with TNA if they so choose. They're 90 day no compete clause passed. I'm not sure if they are considered high profiled free agents but I could see Chris Masters being successful in TNA, same with David Hart Smith and Melina.

I hate wrestling politics...imagine Awesome Truth invading TNA! :D

Awesome Truth!

[edit] TNA fans would shit themselves.

That'd be...AWESOME!!! It seriously would but would never happen. Here is an interesting article speculating on the Undertaker's return. Frankly I don't think we will see him back until next year to build up a story for Wrestlemania which possibly could be his final match (in my opinion) and much like Chris Jericho it would appear that he will have any kind of say on what he does when he does return. Originally I thought we would have seen him back by now but I guess he's enjoying his semi-retirement and rightfully so.

Here is another interesting article speculating on Amy Dumas (Lita) possibly returning. I have no idea about the twitter "scandal" he is talking about at the start.

Lita gets a lot of heat for something that was tame compared to some of the exploits of other professional wrestlers.

lita all so returning would be fantastic I miss her. and what is the cm punk/ beth pheonix scandal?

I've been thinking about John Cena being nicknamed "Superman". I think Captain Marvel is more appropriate and here's why.

The John Cena character is essentially that of an adolescent trapped in a man's body. Captain Marvel is an adolescent who transforms into a superhero when he says "SHAZAM!". I've been thinking about how this could relate to Cena and I've come up with his magic word - "MERCHANDISE!"

M is for McMahon: This imbues Cena with the body of Vince McMahon's dreams and the understanding of the way he practises business.
E is for Extreme Rules: This gifts Cena with the ability to continue using his other abilities, despite him being in a match filled with weapons.
R is for Running Shoulderblock: This grants Cena with a move that when executed, leads to a sequence of moves that cannot be reversed by his opponent.
C is for Championship: This ability gives Cena multiple WWE Championship reigns and alters the design of the belt itself.
H is for Hulk Hogan: This gives Cena the ability to perform either the 3 moves or 5 moves of doom and kick out of moves that would keep any other man down for the three.
A is for Attitude Adjustment: This gives Cena the ability to turn a fireman's carry bodyslam into a devastating move.
N is for No Sell: This ability grants Cena the power to make superhuman comebacks and defy the odds.
D is for Dusty Rhodes: This allows Cena to channel "The American Dream's" cartoon era aura and makes him instantly popular with everyone asides from 16+ males.
I is for Iron Sheik: This gives Cena a submission move (STF) that when locked on, is inescapable and can make any man tap out.
S is for Submission Immunity: This gives Cena the will to never tap out or say "I Quit".
E is for Entertainment: This grants Cena the top spot in the company because WWE isn't wrestling, it's entertainment.

That's kind of cool.@Timothy I have no idea what the twitter scandal. I went back on Punk's account to see what the article author was talking about and whatever happened appears to be deleted now.

The Twitter "scandal" is that Beth Phoenix has stopped to follow both C.M Punk (her boyfriend) and Lita shortly after C.M. Punk was a guest on Lita's radio show.

Oh that's the actual scandal! Okay. I was confused about that. Yeah stupid.

Sean Waltman according to this article seems to think that most others have that John Morrison is still in the doghouse still because of the way he treated Trish Stratus back at Wrestlemania.

http://www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2011/1025/546091/john-morrison/

This does seem to be the consensus reason. It would seem that his back stage antics have plagued Morrison and he has a bit of a chip on his shoulder. Kind of reminds me of Shawn Michaels rep back when he was younger, only Morrison hasn't accomplished anything that would merit tolerating it.

I am a fan and have long thought that he should have been World Champion or WWE Champion already but his ego and attitude seem to be in the way of him accomplishing his goals. Too bad. Anyone know when his contract is up?

okay wow that's cool. I don't know how to do twitter but thanks for that and did not know that beth and cm were dating. lucky bastard.:drool:

Both Miz and Punk are dating my two favourite divas...well ex diva now in Maryse's case. I dunno why I find that interesting but I do.

For some reason I have been thinking lately about purchasing a replica WWE Title from some where. I have always wanted one...never really could afford one before. Anyone have one? I'm not talking about the toy plastic belts either. I'm talking about the actual replicas that you can buy from various sites and or ebay.

My all time favourite WWE Title belt design would be the old style title worn by Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels, etc. Before The Attitude Era redesign when Stone Cold first won his from Michaels.

I found this a few weeks ago...nothing really special. I like the "animation"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zkGjIkX8jZE&feature=related

If they do update the nWo music I would have the Awesome Truth redub over the Bischoff and Hall voices in the background (I think they were used in the background) and right after the black and gray start kicks in I would have Miz's exclaim AWESOMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEE before letting it go.

Right, so, wrestling eh. I predict Mark Henry will keep the belt until December 2012, and if the world doesn't end they might think about giving it to someone else.

I want ADR to beat Punk. Punk was great but it was squandered on teaming him with Cripple H. Now he's a straight boring face and the reality era has gone out of the window.

I'd like the NWO to come back with Nash at the helm, so long as they keep it funny. You go back and watch Kevin Nash promoing in WCW and he's like a completely different man. In fact, raising hell while laughing it up is a role I can see Cena excelling at if he ever does turn heel. The Nexus couldn't raise a laugh between them. Wade's great on the mic, but not in a funny way.

If Mark Henry does lose the title in the nearish future, I think in terms of likelihood it'll be either:
1. Sheamus
2. Kane
3. Wade Barrett
My preference would be for Kane to come back masked and do it. But that's been my preference for any belt take ever.

I would like Henry to hold the belt until Mania only to have Taker return and battle him for it.
Henry could go on a rampage and there would be no superstars left to face him. He would stand in the center of the ring as the dominant force. Teddy Long would come out and say there is one man who can take you down. The Deadman.
I would go with a buried alive match with Taker winning and then Orton coming out and shoving Taker in the grave and burying both men and taking the belt for his own. This would keep Henry as the monster, Taker with the streak intact but not having to keep wrestling after Mania and open up competition for the belt from that point on.

My wet dream would be to have William Regal win the elimination chamber match and the World Heavyweight Championship. He would then go onto Wrestlemania where Daniel Bryan would cash in and defeat him in a student VS teacher match that would be a technical classic. They could then have a rematch or two during the Wrestlemania Revenge tour in the UK which would draw huge anyway, but more so because Regal is British and by having in the main event you guarantee a huge audience reaction.

Of course, that won't happen because Regal has burnt his bridges with WWE, despite getting clean and sorting himself out. His 60 day wellness violation suspension in 2008, arguably cost him the biggest push of his career. I'm not sure exactly where they were going but Regal plowed through everyone to win the 2008 KOTR and had the backing of several people backstage - including his friend Triple H. If Regal had not been suspended, it's entirely possible that he would have gone on to feud with CM Punk and win the World Heavyweight Championship.

If I had to predict the main events of the Wrestlemania card this early, it would look like this...

The Rock vs John Cena (that's a given)
Daniel Bryan vs Christian vs Cody Rhodes vs Sheamus (World Heavyweight Championship)
CM Punk vs Alberto Del Rio (WWE Championship)
Randy Orton vs The Undertaker
Kane, Big Show and Mason Ryan VS Mark Henry, Ezekiel Jackson and Brodus Clay
Triple H vs Kevin Nash w/ Shawn Michaels as special referee
Sin Cara vs Rey Mysterio (Intercontinental Championship - if Mysterio has returned by then)
Zack Ryder vs The Miz (Winner of US title shot battle royal)
US title shot battle royal

Yeah I see Mysterio returning by then...although there were reports just a few weeks ago that he had a some kind of set back with his surgery, but yeah we'll see. I can see Rey Vs Sin Cara. I think that is the feud they wanted right from the start but then Rey got injured of course.

The Rock Vs Cena :( I guess this is happening. The Rock would probably go over (I don't see it being for the WWE Title. Unless they do what Bret Hart originally wanted to do for his match which turned out to be the screw job which was to beat Shawn in Montreal then go on Raw the next night and vacate the title and "retire". I could see that happening with Rock which would set up a WWE Title tournament)

I forgot Raw is taped tonight :( I hate taped Raws. It has been fairly boring so far. Hahaha there was someone in the crowd who had an Anonymous Raw GM Storyline? sign.

Nash's music indeed would seem to be the nWo theme music!

I really think that John Cena is going over in the Wrestlemania match. The only way that The Rock would go over is if he intends to return on a semi-regular basis. This would ensure that WWE could go to the rematch at Summerslam and then the decider at Survivor Series. They would get a whole year of the feud, whilst at the same time being able to experiment with either Cena or Rock in the heel role.

That's the ideal scenario, but no one knows where The Rock stands on a possible semi-regular return to the WWE. He doesn't need to wrestle and he continues to make money and rise in stardom from movies. It would be purely down to The Rock returning out of his passion for the business and nothing else, although if The Rock did decide to return for even a year, it would draw huge business for the WWE.

My impression though and the entire point of the Rock Vs Cena match at Wrestlemania is to have the Rock have his final WWE match in his home town against the top babyface of the company. It doesn't make sense for Rock to lose his final match. This is why I do not like the concept of this match at all. The booking seems complicated in my opinion. What do you do? Do you let Dwayne win if it is indeed his last match? Cena doesn't need to go over or a push, he gets those automatically. Plus it makes no sense to have Rock lose his potentially final match in WWE. I dunno. I just don't like this match at all. In my opinion this just makes WWE goofy in terms of the booking. It will draw all right but what the hell do they do AFTER Wrestlemania?

I am gonna say it...Cena sucks...I mean he isn't bad...but he is where the biz doesn't need to go to have him be...SUPER!...CM Punk is...The Miz is...R-Truth is...Cena is safe.
