I hope not! The man is most believable and most successful as a Heel. He's admitted openly serveral times that he has the most fun while playing the heel.
He's Lex Luthor to Cena's Superman.
Everyone is Lex Luthor to Cena's Superman sadly and I don't think he would join the Awesome Truth either. I was fantasizing and I agree that Jericho would come back as a heel. As stated above he enjoys the role and gets heat very quickly. Plus a feud against Cena would be boring. There is frankly nothing for Chris to do right now IMO.
CM Punk v. Chris Jericho would have been a hell of a lot more interesting than CM Punk v. Triple H with the odd run-in from Nash for the past 3 months.
EDIT: No offense, but I'm not sure it's okay to express such disatifaction for the current WWE product and then say theres nothing for a Chris Jericho to do.
^ CM Punk Vs Jericho would be awesome. So would Jericho Vs Del Rio. Those are the only two things I could see Chris coming back for...or I would make him the new Raw General Manager.
Both Punk and Jericho have expressed interest in working a programme together, but it all comes down to what WWE wants. Would WWE re-sign Jericho if he wanted to come back today? Probably, but the more time Jericho stays away from the business and if WWE gets desperate for talent - the more of a position Jericho will be in to negotiate for a main event programme and a generous contract.

When Jericho returned at the end of 2007 he spent several months working in the mid card before his top notch feud with Shawn Michaels and subsequent World Heavyweight Championship title reign.

It does come down to what WWE wants but it also matters what Chris is interested in doing. He won't come back just because. He's stated that they can call him whenever they want or need him for something. They don't really NEED Jericho right now. The fans might have another opinion about that right now but Chris doesn't need to come back. Perhaps this is why nothing has happened because the two sides can't agree on anything interesting. I doubt it is about money at this point, it's about purpose. Chris's European Fozzy tour dates are available so he probably won't be coming back any time soon.

Yeah the three hour Raw is going to be awesome...hopefully.
3 Hour Raws are usually overrated with very little happening in them so the fact that we have Mick's return and it being Rock centric should be interesting.I seem to recall most of us finding the previous 3 Hour Raw pointless, although I forgot when it was now lol. Foley released his tour dates..

We're getting a Rock and Sock reunion at Rock Reunion 3 Hour Raw thing. I'm guessing this is where they will have Mick make his TV debut.
Probably not, the whole concept of the match at Wrestlemania is to pit two of the biggest faces of all time against each other and have the audience reaction speak for itself.
I don't see any reason for The Rock to turn heel, besides even if he did attack Foley or start behaving like a typical heel the crowd would still cheer him because he's The Rock!
In 2004, there was a plan to turn Undertaker heel. Following a match against the Dudley's where Paul Bearer would be buried in concrete should Taker lose, Undertaker pulled the lever himself! The thing was, people kept cheering for him despite him displaying a more heelish persona in the following weeks. Eventually, WWE just decided to keep him face and aborted plans for the turn.
In TNA maybe, but I think WWE are being smart and will keep both of them face in order to maximise on merchandise sales.
Besides, Cena recieves more heel heat than all of the top heels in WWE combined! It would be illogical for The Rock to turn heel because as I said before, people won't stop cheering him. If Cena turned though, the heat would be tremendous but WWE won't do this because it all comes down to merchandise sales.
