wwe vs tnt anyone watching?

okay thanks I am going to have catch it later get to go to game 3 & 4 of the world series this weekend.

Here are my predictions...going off the wikipedia article's list of matches:

-Mark Henry (c) Vs The Big Show WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match

Winner: Mark Henry wins this cleanly if they want to keep pushing him as the monster heel champion.

Alberto Del Rio (c) Vs John Cena WWE World Title Last Man Standing Match

Winner: Whenever I see Cena now in a title match I don't really know how to predict the winner. Logic would dictate Del Rio wins. However Cena creates illogic so I can easily see him gaining his what now...13th WWE Title? I've lost count.

Triple H and CM Punk Vs The Awesome Truth

Winner: The story line will come into play somehow in this match. John L will be involved and probably cost Punk and H the victory. So I'll pick THE AWESOME TRUTH and we'd better not get got!

Randy Orton Vs Cody Rhodes

Winner: If WWE is smart they'll put Rhodes over, with that being said I'll pick Orton.

Sheamus Vs Christian

Winner: Sheamus

Beth Phoenix (c) Vs Eve (WWE Divas Championship

Winner: How many times are we going to see these two? Beth for the win

Air Boom (c) Vs Swagger and Ziggler WWE World Tag Team Title Match

Winner: Swagger and Ziggler by DQ

Dolph Ziggler (c) Vs Zack Ryder WWE United States Championship Match

Winner: Ziggler although I wouldn't be surprised if Zack pulled off the upset...Woo Woo! I can't see Dolph winning twice in one night. Chris Jericho's humorous tweet comes into play here when I think of Dolph.

okay here are my predictions for VENGENCE:

  • MARK HENRY vs THE BIG SHOW wiinner THE BIG SHOW just to keep the fued going between these to.
  • ALBERTO DEL RIO (C) vs JOHN CENA last man standing match I am going with JOHN CENA because alberto has never been in this kinda match.
  • TRIPLE H & Cm Punk vs THE AWESOME TRUTH though I do see john L. interfearing I am still picking triple h & Cm punk.
  • RANDY ORTON vs CODY RHODES with this one I am going for cody for the win to keep the fued goind.
  • SHAEMUS vs CHRISTIAN even though I like both guys I am going with SHAEMUS for the winner here.
  • BETH PHOENIX vs EVE that's easy BETH for the win :drool::drool:
  • AIR BOOM (tag champions) vs Jack swagger and Dolph Ziggler winner are going to be airboom, But I do see another beat down on airboom.
  • Dolph Ziggler vs Zack Ryder winner Zack ryder the new united states/internet champion and I see interfearence from both vickie and mason.
it should be a great ppv my dvr should be able to get and I'll watch it after the game.

and the rangers will win game 3 & of the world series.

Nobody cares about the World Series in here dude, stop slipping irrelevant stuff in here please. Alberto Del Rio had never been in the Hell in a Cell either and he captured his second WWE Championship so your prediction doesn't make sense "because he has never been in this match". The Big Show winning the title from Mark Henry just to continue the feud also makes no sense and destroys the build up WWE has created with Henry being a beast champion. Sure, he's gonna lose eventually and it would be a great revenge win for Show but I don't think it's right for it happen this soon.

Alberto Del Rio - With outside assistance because no one can overcome Cena in a last man standing!

Triple H and CM Punk - I'm thinking by DQ, although it would also make sense for Trips and Punk to win cleanly and have the heels attack the faces following the decision.

Mark Henry - But in a competitive match.

Cody Rhodes - Somehow he will get the win, whether it's the rope assitance or interference from his bag men.

Christian - The only way they can keep this feud going is to have Sheamus lose this one.

Beth Phoenix - Just a formality this match, although it might not be as much of a squash as expected.

Zack Ryder - New WWE United States Champion because I think WWE might take a chance on him because his popularity doesn't diminish despite his lack of prominence.

Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger -New WWE Tag Team Champions because I think a continued feud between Air Boom and Swagger/Ziggler is on the cards.

Vengeance is a B-Level PPV in the same league as Over The Limit and Capitol Punishment - in the sense that each of these PPV's have no gimmicks attached to them and merely exist as a bridge to a gimmick PPV or one of the "Big Four". It's also been pretty rushed together given that Hell In A Cell only occured two weeks previously.

They should get rid of Vengeance and bring back Halloween Havoc. Vince would probably never do this...use it as a link between Hell in a Cell and Survivor Series. You don't have to do crazy gimmicky Halloween themed matches or whatever but make it fun and bring back a little nostalgia. I know I would mark out.

And they hate you.

They told me.

I must be in a bad mood today. All I want to do is rant about too many goddamn PPVs. That said, I'm going with:

Del Rio
Miz/Truth
Mark Henry
Cody Rhodes
Christian
Ryder
Phoenix
Air Boom

well I think it could've gone better. and I think we have out nwo:

kevin nash
alberto del rio
the awesome truth

I just read the results of the Trips/Punk Vs The Awesome Truth match...I didn't bother rest of the PPV as it seemed a mess. Yeah it would appear that the band is returning with different players and Nash as their mouth piece. They've just executed this story pretty poorly to do it. Nash's appearances and attacks remind me of the original Outsider arc.

I found the concept of wrestling with a broken ring fascinating, but that was all that really stood out from Vengeance.

There were times when I actually thought WWE had gone crazy and was about to strap Cena AGAIN! His superhuman recovery from things that would have KO'd any mortal man was abysmal at best.

The shameful redoing of the classic 2003 Brock Lesnar/Big Show ring incident was just that - shameful. The announcers acted as if it was the first time it had happened, until - perhaps due to someone backstage - Lawler quickly mentioned Brock Lesnar and Michael Cole replied "But this is the first time they've continued the show with a broken ring". I just knew the ring was going to collapse when Mark Henry went for the superplex although I was surprised that the referee managed to stay on his feet for longer this time round!

I thought Ryder was going to win - although I should have known given that WWE was emphasising the impossible situation that Ziggler was in, now that he had to defend his title straight after the tag team match. The loss didn't really affect Ryder, he still looked strong and it paved the way for a continued feud between him and Ziggler.

Sheamus winning pretty much ended whatever feud that he and Christian were engaged in, at least in a conventional sense. The momentum is gone because the face has won - and decisively - over the heel.

I don't think Randy Orton should have won, I think it was just WWE filling out their face/heel victory quotient so not too many heels win. Cody Rhodes should have taken the victory in whatever manner was acceptable as long as it was a pinfall or submission and not a countout/DQ victory.

Wasn't really interested in the Beth/Eve match because WWE doesn't care too much about their Diva's division and therefore the storylines are boring and usually distateful. Beth won, which was thankfully the right booking decision on WWE's part.

Punk took the loss (for a third PPV running) in the tag team match following the distraction from Kevin Nash's attack on Triple H. I do agree with the result because it keeps Miz/Truth strong and didn't really do too much damage to CM Punk. Hopefully the feud between Triple H and Kevin Nash will not go on for too long because I don't think anyone is really interested!

Air Boom was the right team to win the opening contest. They work extremely well together and this could be a promising opportunity for both to break out of the midcard.

The PPV was pretty dismal by "B-Show" standards and didn't really do much at all to advance feuds and current storylines.

Tweet from Jericho.
RE: the Vengeance PPV

"IAmJericho: No effen respect!!! RT @xKENNANx @IAmJericho Hey Chris. are you watching Vengeance? Cody Rhodes is using... the Walls of Jericho??!"

*Supposedly* Jericho is once again negotiating for a WWE return. Couple that with WWE's desire to use the internet for angles more, and you might be looking at WWE trying to plant seeds for a Jericho/Rhodes feud.

Awesome Truth/Triple H/Punk was a solid outing, and I thought Del Rio and Cena put on a solid match, but "lackluster" will definitely be the word of the day for this show. "Pointless" is another. "Fucking pointless" could work, too, if you want to go with phrases.

I liked how the Undertaker's return was subtly shown with the wax museum statue. The Awesome Truth attacking Cena thankful prevents Super Cena from capturing his 11th WWE Championship. Although it is just a matter of time before he regains the title. I can see him beating Del Rio or whoever at the December PPV. As for the results of the Sheamus Vs Christian feud...people actually want this continued? To me it was time to move on and they have been clearly strongly pushing Sheamus. It was a no brainer who was going to win. I have no idea what they are doing with Christian right now. This is reminding me of the time period just before he got outta dodge and headed to TNA. They'd doing zero with him and the whiny bitchy character doesn't suit him any more.

I like "Kicking ass" Christian. You know, the one that tore the house down with Del Rio in that ladder match.

Oh well. He's sure as hell not going anywhere, so I guess we should probably just get used to him likely drifting for the next couple of years. I certainly hope I turn out to be wrong.
