wwe vs tnt anyone watching?

Yep. This reminds me a little of the bogus retirement angle in WCW where he announced he was running for President...remember that gem? It led up to the infamous Fingerpoke of Doom and the formation of nWo 2000.

How could anyone forget the abysmal President angle...

I don't know how Hulk Hogan is going to be able to wrestle a quality match against Sting. Since Hogan's back surgery, his mobility will probably be restricted which means that Sting won't be able to put him in the Scorpion Death Lock. As I mentioned earlier, Hogan has recurring problems with his hips as the result of years of the performing the Atomic Leg Drop. This might hinder him from perfoming the move in a match.

I can imagine it being a match where Sting takes all the major bumps, Hogan does his usual punch combos followed by Sting getting the upper hadn and hitting the Scorpion Death Drop for the pin. It will probably be a Street Fight/No DQ match to cover for Hogan's lack of mobility, hopefully both Sting and Hogan will be sensible for their ages and not blade insanely and engage in dangerous spots such as unprotected chairshots, etc.

Sting will carry the match, no one will watch and it will be a moot point in wrestling history. Seriously Borden, you should have signed with WWE! You could be working with the hottest wrestler in the business right now...the man who's Best in the World...and who should still be WWE Champion...CM Punk! Yeah my marking out for Punk knows no bounds :) But nope, you're working with a broken down Hogan who no one cares about now.

I think Cm Punk will be champion agin in Hell in the cell with the tripple threat.
and Right now not watching impact wrestling DVR overload.

Dear lord, it's been YEARS since I visited PWTorch.com. WTF happened to their website?

I recall it being fairly boring in design way back when, but very high on usability and legibility. That link above is a fucking unusable mess.

I bet Sting/Borden is enjoying the booking around his character...

Kevin Nash as referenced a few pages ago has joined the cast of "Magic Mike".

You know I have been thinking about this recently while watching a bit of UFC programming on Spike TV. I really do not understand why Impact Wrestling doesn't do more to expand their programming and promotion of their organization. UFC has all of these great sub-shows on Spike, Spike promotes the shit out of it and you get all the hype before their PPV's. TNA Reaction was on the right track of doing something sort of unique but they cancelled that I guess due to ratings? I'm not sure how much Dixie is worth or whatever but I thought one of the reasons why they rebranded was to expand and draw in more viewers. They should be doing more than that. They should be taking advantage of their deal with Spike like the UFC does.

Hopefully, but I doubt it.

I don't mind Hogan having a match, I really don't, but I would have preferred a tag match or something.

Hogan can barely walk much less wrestle. I envision many run ins and maybe Hogan doing the cover at the end. Cant wait to read about it as there is no way I will pay for an Impact PPV.

other than the fact I have better stuff to watch on thursday's, and Impact wrestling is just getting worse. I am droping Impact wrestling can't take it any more. any I love the wwe way better and can't wait till the network comes out. looking forward to smackdown tonight.

man the people do not like JOHN L. and niether do I.
does any one think christian can beat mark henry tonight?

WWE Superstars has been cancelled for Domestic US viewers (the online version). It will continue to air internationally and may be a part of the WWE Network. No surprise there, if WWE aren't careful the same fate might befall Smackdown.

Of course no one likes John L...he's a heel. I don't like Christian's current gimmick either. Why is it impossible for them to give him something to do. At this point I am almost inclined to suggest that he should go back to TNA. They knew how to use him, shocking I know.

how many think the second sin cara is actually chavo?

and exactly who is in booker T's top five:

  • Daniel Bryan
  • sin cara the original
  • wade barrett
not sure who the other two are. and wow michael kole is actual talking nice about daniel OMFG.

all so loved the bit with shaemus and christian.

The Sin Cara VS Sin Cara match could be a mess unless they have one of them wear a different colour. Sure, they can keep the mask design and all that the same (no doubt until the inevitable mask VS mask match), but even though I might be able to tell the difference, many others might not.

For those of you wondering what differences you can use to tell them apart are besides the height (Incognito/Hunico is taller) and skin tone...

The original Sin Cara (Mistico) cannot speak English very well at all, so whenever you have heard Sin Cara speaking it has been Hunico donning the mask. Furthermore, the original Sin Cara has blonde streaks which you can see emerging at the back of his mask. Hunico does a Springboard Senton followed by a Springboard Moonsault as a finisher, Mistico does the Moonsault Slam or a modified (and often botchy) version of his "La Mistica" finisher without the Fujiwara Armbar. Hunico is a lot smoother in the ring as a result of training at FCW where he has learned to work the left side of the body (in Mexico, it's the right side).

Out of both of them though, Mistico is probably the more talented. He's definitely more athletic in the ring and has a lot more stamina, but naturally, it's going to take a while to adjust to the "WWE way" of doing things.
