wwe vs tnt anyone watching?

I know but I would like to see him as a face just once. though he has toned it down quite a bit. believe it or not he's gowing on me. argh.

^ That's because the Miz is...AWESOME!!! ;) None of those supplementary draft selections wow me. I do like most of the changes made by the actual draft and think it would have been better had Cena remained on Smackdown. That would have been interesting.

I really don't remmber alex shelley sorry?

No wonder I didn't see it. I scanned through your post. I can't say I'm familiar with Alex Shelley myself lol.

Aw, that's a shame. :( It just goes to show how many talented guys are lost in the shuffle in TNA. He actually had a bit of a singles push in 2006, with the gimmick that he likes to record everything with a little video camera.

First he used it just to tape matches so he could study them, then he started invading peoples' privacy and they called his work "Paparazzi Productions". I know, that sounds lame, but I liked some of it. He actually did some Paparazzi-like surveillance on Christian which built to a solid one-on-one match between them. Of course TNA didn't make a big deal of this talented mid carder getting a shot against a main eventer like they should have.

Now Alex is in the Motor City Machine Guns and I guess they don't stand out as much I'd hope they might, at least as individuals (I like Chris Sabin too, but he doesn't seem to have mic skills). It's amazing how many talented singles wrestlers have been misused and eventually released or lost in the shuffle in TNA.

I had high hopes for Petey Williams, Low Ki/Senshi, and Jay Lethal as well in 2006. I hope they all have success in WWE someday. These guys should be the new generation of WWE Superstars, not these dull generic guys with silly names like "Jack Swagger" and the dude with the Boogie Nights-inspired moniker. Okay, "Jay Lethal" is a silly name too, but that dude has charisma.

Pete Williams was awesome. Then didn't TNA go and make him a litlte Big Papa Pomp? Kind of a riff on the Lil' Natch story? Honestly don't know why you would do that.

Jack Swagger is in the mold that Vince likes though so that's why he's most likely with Cole. Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre keep getting minor pushes but the WWE doesn't really do anything with. Dolph until recently was basically the new Sid Vicious.

okay i think he was dropped by tna because I have'nt seen the mg's for a while now on tna. jay lethal was given a fantastic boost by kevin nash aka big sexy. first by immateing macho man and then RIC flare . shame to see him go. I hope he comes to the wwe. TNA is vastly turning into a ov tv series ROH has better talent especial with jim cornett doing the general manager posion.

damn it looks like ring of honor is off the air why? HDnet needs to get its act in gear
first they drop smallville reruns and then roh. and for those who love MMA friday is all fight night.

MMA stuff goes in the MMA thread timothy. The Motor City Machine Gun's haven't been cut by the company. Just because you don't see someone on television doesn't mean they've been "dropped". There could be a multitude of reasons why they're not there and honestly I can't remember what's happened to them since they dropped the belts to Beer Money. TNA is probably working on a new program for them.

I hope so because there great tag team they remind me of the rock n rollers. back in the day.

TNA is a joke...it is like WCW in it's worst days. Ugh. I was watching from last Thursday...horrible.

okay the draft is over here is who went to RAW:

chris master
curt hawkins
drew mcintyre
jtg
kelly kelly
jack swagger

and this is who smackdown got :

natalya
yoshi tatsu
william regal
alicia fox
jimmy uso
the great khali
daniel bryan now he's on smackdown he can go after the intercontinental title

there you have it. the draft is over. now the fun begins.
and if edge can flip flop from face to heel without a problem I don't see why the miz can't do the same.

The draft is not over...it ended with Sheamus actually.

Sheamus to Smackdown
Beth Phoenix to RAW
Alex Riley to Smackdown
Tyler Reks to RAW
Tamina to Smackdown
Tyson Kidd to Smackdown
Ted DiBiase to Smackdown
Kofi Kingston to RAW

yes the rock n roll express and tna has it's up's and down's right now there in the down's. hopefully to be getting things back to normal or even better. oh well .

I feel sorry for the miz he just lost his only buddy on raw. damn whata shame. now we see if alex can do something other than talk smack.
and they really need to drop tyson kidd I am sick of him.

that gives smackdown the united states title, the intercontintal title and diva and women's champion ship and the world heavy weight titlle. leaving raw with the wwe title what's up with that. they need to bring back the european title. and possible have tv champion ship title like tna. there gutting raw in my opinion.

Nah. Raw was overloaded to begin with. Smackdown's ratings haven't been great I don't think. They're really pushing Miz as champion is my guess. They're pinning their hopes for Raw on him.

I don't have a problem with that personally. I've been a fan of The Miz for a while now, and I'm pleased he's been holding his own as a strong heel champion. I could do without Michael Cole trying to figure out what he had for breakfast in 1998 though. It doesn't do much for The Miz specifically.

I found myself actively wondering why I'm still watching the other day, what with Jericho gone, Edge retired, and Danielson buried deep within the mid-card.

Sure, Miz is fun. But, I can't help but think he owes his current persona to Jericho's heel gimmick.

Someone recommend that I watch for Zack Ryder, and I don't even know which show he's on, let alone when he'll actually appear on camera. Course, it raises the question: What's so impressive about him that he seems to have this grass-roots following?

those going home ralph and karena and chris and joan go home tonight. chris is going to the royal wedding.
he shows up on raw and superstars. He's not one of my favorite's but he is fun to watch.

dancing with the stars tonight who's still watching?

Low Ki already had a recent run in WWE and then asked for his release (as he did from TNA). His attitude is pretty notorious. I think Petey might have had some wellness issues. Lethal deserves a chance.

Oh, and in answer to your original question, I don't like Alex Shelley at all. He does the wrestling equivilent of breaking the fourth wall all the time with his over-selling and mannerisms in the ring. I know part of it is his character, but it takes me totally out of a match (and his spotty moveset doesn't help).

Shelley has been out injured. I think he was expected to be back about now.

The TV contract ended some time ago, and they haven't got a new deal. One suspects its ratings were pretty minimal.
