I can't tell you how many times I've watched cases on the news where family went absolutely wild to protect family members accused of a heinous crime, even when the evidence against them is overwhelming...sometimes when they even KNOW something about the crime or ought to. That's something I find absolutely maddening. Surely the duty of justice is more important?
So if you had a family member who'd committed a crime that could carry a stiff penalty, and you knew about it or strongly suspected it...would YOU turn them in?
Am I the only cold-blooded person here who would do it?
