Would you rather ask a gender question only for women or men?

No one should think they need to prove their sexual orientation with their answers, and no one is making a declaration of their attraction to an actress/actor by making a selection. Anyone should feel free to pick among the selections based upon their appreciation of knowledge and care with which the question was written. Should I feel compelled to pick Janeway from among the captains because I am a heterosexual man? No. Besides, the only great "lover" was Kirk.

Which Dax would you rather have as your best friend: Lela, Tobin, Emony, Audrid, Torias, Joran, Curzon, Jadzia, Ezri?

edit-- to add to that..A sentient android--not a hologram....for one, they're still limited to moving around a bulky holadeck-- an android can go where he or she pleases.

Plus there's something kind of creepy about the idea of being a hologram--a light particle program with software ....just seems weird to imagine being one

A Vulcan forced into Romulan culture... Vulcans don't 'feel' emotions, so nothing's going to bother them much anyway. A Romulan would go nuts with all the snobby, non emotional vibes that Vulcans would give off.

Beautiful women as wives for settlers if I had to choose. I wouldn't enjoy selling people though and would quit... well, after I'm set.
