Would you rank the last scene in Die is Cast, as one of Trek's Top 10?

Re: Would you rank the last scene in Die is Cast, as one of Trek's Top

Very likely. But as far as last scenes go, I'd put it behind:

"Necessary Evil" - the fadeout before Odo tells Kira whether or not he can trust her again
"Chimera" - Odo turning into the mist and surrounding Kira, beautiful and definately tear-worthy.
Jake's suicide and Sisko fixing the timeline in "The Visitor".
Sisko's final statements and erasing his log in "In The Pale Moonlight".

Yeah, top 10, but not as good as those I don't think.

Probably not, to be honest. It's a good ending, but top 10? No.

Though come to think of it, I've never thought through what my top 10 would be.

Probably wouldn't even make my top twenty or thirty of DS9, let alone of all of Star Trek.

Actually, I thought the better scene was when Odo confronted Garak about blowing up the shop himself.

For me, it's the final scene of the series as that one horn plays the theme and the station pulls way.... that chokes me up 10 years later.

I love the episode, but the scene doesn't really stand out in my memory. Now the last scene of Necessary Evil, that was something!
