Would you like to see the reLaunch books made into films?

HI
I would. I think it would be a good way to bring back the cast and crew of TNG! I think relaunch shouldn't be just with the books but with a film or a mini series also! Of course...I just love TNG...so that maybe part of why I want to see the books on the screen. :)

TNG had more than enough screentime. It also had a great sendoff with "All Good Things" and a couple of descent films. There really isn't much more we need to see of these characters.

I agree. It ended in 1994, then 3 feature films including this cast finished their run as a crew as canon.
No.

Not really, no.

Read the first four, and when really entertainin' authors like Keith R.A. DeCandido and Peter David make Q and the Borg duller than dirty dishwater, it was time to stop payin' good money for 'em.

I don't know if I would want ALL of the relaunch novels turned into movies. The truly great trilogy that is Destiny, I wouldn't mind. Having said that, I don't think it is feasible for the TNG actors to reprise their roles, one of the reasons for which is that Patrick Stewart himself has hung up his uniform saying "That's it for the captain." I would of course love to see an animated series involving Destiny and the post-Destiny universe, not just limited to TNG but all of the other series as well.
