It's faster, more manoeuvrable, has ablative armour, regenerative shields;.

When was this mentioned onscreen and therefore canon? I accept via dialog that the Defiant had such armor as well the uber ship Promethus.

If fake stats exist somewhere for the Soveriegn I would like to see it. I get my Galaxy info from the still unrivaled ST:Technical Manual.

I'm pretty sure we have never heard that the Sovereign has ablative armour or regenerative shields on screen.

Given the ST: Technical Manual is a book wouldn't it be non-canon?

the Sovereign HAS regenerative shields- that is canon.

however there has been no mention on screen of it having ablative armour.

^ Really? I can't remember them ever mentioning it. Which movies did they say the Sovereign has regenerative shields?

Hmmm I did seem to remember seeing the sovereign having ablative armor and regen shields. I dont think its cannon though I might have seen it in a game or something.

The D, with time to prepare. :shifty:

Seriously, to the writers it's just a vehicle. Obviously what they want to happen, happens. The D died at the hands of a decommissioned bird of prey.
