"Thirty Days", "Bliss" & "11:59" - for character and other inconsistencies.

Another fairly steady season. My votes went to The Fight, Bliss, and Course: Oblivion.

Pretty weak season. There were a lot of episodes I wanted to vote for, but having to narrow it down to 3, I went with: Once Upon a Time, Bride of Chaotica and The Disease

I found season five a step down from season four but still not as weak as season three. The quality was all over the place.

Plenty of weak episodes to choose from--Juggernaut, Gravity, Once Upon a Time, Nothing Human but the three worst are the bac-to-back episodes of The Fight, The Disease, Course:Oblivion

The rest of the season is IMO quite strong, with at least three eps making my VOY-Top 10 list (Counterpoint, Latent Image, Timeless)

I have to admit, in retrospect I feel that this was also a strong Voyager Season. In the Flesh, The Fight and The Disease are my choices.

I went with The Fight, The Disease, and Extreme Risk (which wasn't a bad idea, I just didn't care for the execution).

Some episodes are just emo wallow for a hero---Thirty Days, Infinite Regress, The Fight---but done with some degree of competence in something it attempted (if only mental confusion in the case of The Fight.) But Extreme Risk's idea that all it takes is some tough talk by a sexy man is so militantly stupid that this just had to be a no vote.

Nothing Human, Night and Latent Image had severe premise problems but some comepetent followup if you could get into the episode. Bliss and Think Tank also had absurd premises (even by Voyager standards.!) But the latter two were also simple Conquering Hero fantasies done simplemindedly. So they win the other no votes.

I loved this season, the only one i didn't like was Gravity. My other two choices were Extreme Risk and Disease but i did quite

The Disease- Don't need to explain why
Warhead- Who would be stupid enough to beam a warhead onto their ship?

But I could have voted for 30 Days, Think Tank and 11:59.
- 30 Days- Just another boring Tom episode (not that they're all boring)
- Think Tank- To be honest I wasn't to convinced by Jason Alexander's performance
- 11:59- Too much Earth and not enough Voyager

Infinte Regress, Course Obilivion and Dark Frontier would be good picks as their names describe the failings of the season as a whole.

But seriously...

Extreme Risk - B' Elanna having a tantrum again. Someone needs medication.

The Fight - Even Chakotay's hallucinations are dull.

11:59 - that's the time, in minutes and seconds, I watched before switching the channel. But it has the bar owner from ROAD HOUSE! Weeee! What was the point of this one, Janeway's ancestor was her exact clone and a loser?

I really enjoyed this whole series, it was kinda hard to pick three!

I went with Extreme Risk, The Disease and Gravity. Gravity was probably my least favourite.

11:59 is probably one of my least favorite of the entire series.

Yes, All I could think of was: "Why does this feel like Jason Alexander in a halloween costume?" It didn't even seem like he was acting.

11:59 is probably one of my least favorite of the entire series.

Strangely, it is one of my Voyager favorites. Though, I can't say why. Probably, something to do with KM's acting.

For Season Five, I count seven episodes that were horrendous and three that were less than watchable. That leaves sixteen that were good, or excellent.
Overall, it's a much better season than I remembered (YMMV).

My votes for the worst three of those seven.
