The winner from each of the seven seasons will face off against each other at the conclusion of the poll series. Thanks for voting!

Season One: Move Along Home
Season Two: Sanctuary

The eighth vote for "Meridian". (Seems like even Jeffrey Combs couldn't save it.)

Meridian, easily. Totally out of character for Dax plus it's pointless from start to finish.

Life Support

As I said in part one, "Meridian" and "Heart of Stone" are redeemed slightly by good B-stories. "Life Support" has a fairly dumb buddy-comedy B-story that clashes horrendously with the dour Frankensteinian A-story. It, therefore, gets my vote even though I find "Heart of Stone" to have the worst main plot of the bunch.

I voted for Meridian, but on recollection, I don't completely hate the episode. I actually think the "bad" episodes here aren't that lousy. Deep Space Nine was really starting to find its feet this season.

Meridian has Jeffrey Coombs in a mildly amusing subplot and not an altogether awful principal plot. It's not quite the grandly pointless black hole of inadequacy that Fascination is.
