Been away from PC since Friday night so I'll keep this short n sweet...Robert Green I knew there was a reason I didn't have you in my entire squad YOUR SHIT

and ITV you are too I missed the goal
We were poor all-round, despite the pundits trying to tell us that it was a 'much improved performance'.
Green was obviously the focal point, but equally, why the fcuk was SWP on the left ahead of Joe Cole or Barry (who Capello confirmed was fit)? Likewise, Heskey, I'm sorry, people can claim as much as they like that he had a good game, but you play Heskey and you're forced to play one way, high balls up to him and let him win the flicks and knock downs. Rooney was completely iscolated for most of the game and Heskey gave him scant support.
It would also be nice to have wingers who could actually cross a ball. SWP, no signs of a cross from memory. Lennon, did well generally, but everytime he had to deliver into the box, nothing.
Lampard, largely anonymous.
Carragher, too immobile. Needs to be Upson or even Dawson in there for the next game.
All of that aside, the US played very, very well. We didn't deserve anything more than a draw on that performance and could easily have lost.
On the other matches, Germany were very impressive and I enjoyed South Korea's game against Greece. Argentina were great in the first half of their game, but tbh, only Germany have turned up looking like potential champions IMO.
