Wonder Woman has a director...

I've only seen the two "Charlie's Angels" movies so I don't have another point of reference for McG's work. Aside from his absolutley silly name, I've always wondered what inspired so much hate for him? The CA movies weren't bad IMO (the first one was rather entertaining, the second not so much). I agree he's not one of the best directors in Hollywood, but I could see him doing well with "Wonder Woman" depending on the direction the movie goes.

You know, it's very misleading to title a thread with what seems like a firm statement of fact and then to reveal inside that it's just "potentially" the case. You're basically drawing people in with a lie, and that's just rude. On another board where I saw this news, they had the decency to title it honestly, saying that WW might have a director lined up.

I've not see either Charlies Angels Movies. His first movie I'll see is Terminator:(4) Salvation.

I'll reserve judgement till then....and if this project actual lenses.

Mea culpa, Christopher. I originally saw this reported as fact and posted the thread here--then saw it was not a fact. Since I couldn't change the title, I changed the text to be accurate to the story.

lol welcome to the internet?

so many boards have so many misleading titles. this board, for one, has a lot of them. do you skewer them all like this? sometimes people do put false titles just to draw people in to read, fyi. not saying that was the original intent of the poster, but who knows. sure it's not fun being drawn in by false titles, but it didn't hurt you did it? not saying you don't have the right to be mad. i've come across some that were annoying. still, no matter how misleading the title is, i don't think it warrants talking down to.

it's just you might try not to sound all high and mighty on your posts. i've observed this on several occassions. just don't know if anyone else has called you on it. guess i just don't like it when people try to sound like they're better than everyone else. again, considering you claim to be a writer, you should know how to use better words to convey what you want without sounding too condescending. you can be blunt and still exercise tact. most blunt people seem to think it's either one or the other.

sorry, just an observation. :) and yes, the tone is meant to be a parallel. ;)

Christopher isn't the only one who's fed up with poor thread titles like this one. In fact, it just happened a couple of days ago with that "Megan Fox is Wonder Woman" thread, oddly enough. Just because it happens elsewhere doesn't make it okay.

Right as long Melissa McCarthy plays Etta Candy, I rightly don't care who plays pays Wonder Woman, even if the rest of the cast of the Gilmore Girls retinue isn't superimposed onto the films casting sheet.

yeah.

I said it.

Lauren Graham.

You can't tell me she didn't already play the part for 7 years?
