Is this going to jibe with the comics origin of Wolverine?

And will anyone feed their fingertips to him?

Wasn't there a bunch of "blink and you miss it" references to other Marvel stories on a computer screen in X-Men 2? Or were those all directly X-Men related?

All but one was X-Men related and I think the one was an FF reference. Fox had the license on FF and therefore it was still "in studio" and acceptable.
