WOLVERINE director search down to 8

I can't wait for the trailer later this week...I spotted Viper, Jean, and The Silver Samurai helmet looks awesome too.

The Jean snippet looks pulled right out of X3 though.
I'd like a new image of her in the film since it's rumored she has a cameo.
 
It's most likely a flashback sequence that they filmed. It at the very least confirms her cameo. I'm assuming it has something to do with Logan remembering his past and why he's gone to Japan in the first place to seek solace, and find a new purpose after the events of "The Last Stand".
 
I'm liking what I'm seeing. I can't wait for the trailer, but I thought it wasn't being released until Wed.
 
It isn't...this is just the teaser for the teaser ;) Someone just did a youtube video of it for easier viewing I assume.
 
One of the earlier posts said something about the trailer being released tomorrow, but I realize now that might have been written yesterday and talking about the "tweazer".
 
The tweazer was yesterday, the actual teaser trailer (I'm pretty sure it's just a teaser trailer and not a full trailer is being released tomorrow (the 27th) :)
 
Wasn't there some photos of Wolvie with bone claws circulating around?? I wonder if he gets the andamantium ripped out of his body?!?! The new 20 second trailer kinda sounds like that's what they were saying at the end of it... Am I tripping?? lol
 
A page or two back there is a link with bone claw pics. I was not expecting that interesting turn of events.
 
As discussed on the previous page, it is indeed Jean, the rumours of Famke being on set to shoot a scene would seem to be true.
 
I'm guessing part as part of Logan's memories. The way the shot was stylized I'm guessing it will be part of a brief flashback sequence...but that's just a guess.

IGN has a helpful breakdown of the images, including speculation which some might consider spoilerish.

Losing his healing factor? That would really push him to his limits.

The bone claws picture is apparently a scene taking place in the WWII era, before he got the adamantium.

I'm still not sold on this movie. They had a couple of cool posters earlier on but all the footage so far just looks like Elektra or something. Hopefully the actual trailer will clue us in to the actual story as opposed to action shit flying around everywhere.
