Yeah they're both on the list I linked to.

At one time I would have said I wasn't interested in a show about outlaw bikers.Lights Out has been heavily promoted on FX, but I guess I'm just not interested in a show about a boxer.

I can certainly understand that. I'm curious about it mainly because FX has a pretty good track record, so I'll be tuning in for at least a few episodes.True - and I wasn't sold on serial killers (Dexter) or Mormon polygamists (Big Love) as show concepts either. But in this case, the ads aren't grabbing me either. At one time I would have said I wasn't interested in a show about outlaw bikers.Lights Out has been heavily promoted on FX, but I guess I'm just not interested in a show about a boxer.![]()
Roger Ebert at the Movies The re-launch of Ebert’s movie-review show is set for January
Mildred Pierce (HBO) Kate Winslet will star in this miniseries based on the James M. Cain novel, and which stands in the long shadow of the 1945 Joan Crawford film directed by Michael Curtiz
Luck (HBO) This is the wildest of wild cards. Take two brilliant, headstrong creators, Michael Mann and David Milch, one headstrong star, Dustin Hoffman, add Michael Gambon in his first American TV series role, and put them in a racetrack setting (a milieu Milch knows very well first-hand), and you’ve got the potential for either a show with a setting and tone unlike anything else on TV, or a botched wreck that may need putting out of its misery. Either way, it’ll be a helluva lot of fun to watch.
More specifically, January 21. (There's also a link in that thread to a list of stations that will be carrying the show.)YAY!Roger Ebert at the Movies The re-launch of Ebert’s movie-review show is set for January![]()
I'm just wondering when exactly the hell the final season of Law & Order: Criminal Intent will be shown.
I mean, Goren AND Eames are back!! How cool is THAT?!?!?
There's also Skins on MTV starting in January isn't there?

Speaking of lame...
Really the idea of making Skins on MTV is a joke, the only place it would work in the USA is on SHowtime. There was cock, ass, nipples on the show! How much of that do you think there will be? I'm going with None, they even made the gay guy a woman... really daring stuff there! Completely lame. I'll stick with the first two seasons of Skins and the movie that will be coming out soon.

Yeah it looks complete shit from the trailers. I'll be watching series 5 when it starts soon here. I think HBO/Showtime/Starz could do it but saying that Shameless looks a bit rubbish too.

Yeah it does, remakes from Britain tend to be a stupid idea anyways. They almost always fail, but I hate The Office USA, so....
I have only watched up to the series 3 premiere for Skins so I'm far behind. However I think Series 3 was only released in the USA not too long ago. it's just not the same, I can't stand most of the characters.
