Will we learn of Kirk having any other children?

And will there be any mention of David, perhaps by older Spock in an attempt to change the timeline and save David by allowing the three-faced multi-named Saavik/Valeris to die in David's place?

Will Kirk turn out to have any children who are only half human?

Will there be a pale blue Kirk child with stubby antennas?

Will Kira Nerys be revealed as Kirk's granddaughter, as so many have suspected?

Will Chekov be revealed as Kirk's son?

Will there be other secrets revealed?

With Kirk's track record, David could NOT have been an only child.

What say you?

Personally, i thought it would have been interesting to have a parallel universe that had a "Kirk's World", where his every sexual encounter produced a child. The TNG crew, by their time, will encounter a whole planet with people who have genetic ties to Kirk.

I'm actually more curious if we'll learn about Spock having any children and grandchildren. Since we're going to see him as an old man, it's possible they might mention or show something along those lines.

...Will Chekov be revealed as Kirk's son?...
Kirk was only 12 when Chekov was born...then again, this is James T. Kirk we're talking about. 12 is too young, even for kirk. However, I could see an 18 year-old Kirk becoming an unwitting dad.

I just hope there are enough of Kirk's progeny to make a team for "23rd Century Family Feud".

Come now! With Kira's personality, how could she NOT have been Kirk's granddaughter?!?!!? I mean, it's obvious, of course. :p

Sombreros Ahoy!™ (See if you can guess where J.J. Abrams will place this article of colorful headgear in the upcoming film!)

On a quick shot of Kirk's granddaughter Kira, naturally! (Even the first three letters of their family names are the same!)

I would think in the 23 century of Trek that birth control would be more effective so there should be fewer unplanned pregnancies.
I'd be more interested in older Spock having children.

It is available today, but that doesn't seem to stop a lot of people from having them. Even the term 'baby daddy' is now part of every day vocabulary. Sad, but true.
We will soon see a new series called, Star Trek: The Search for Kirk.
Each week another one of James R./T. Kirk's children is found on another planet. As the story arc continues welfare mom's all over the Alpha Quadrant band together to obtain a piece of Kirk's salary.
In the final season, the illegitimate children band together to search for the Final Five bastards who are the key to saving the galaxy and the human race.

As long as birth control requires people to remember to take or do something in a certain period of time, there will always be a chance for someone to forget. We're only human after. ;)
