They could revisit Sisko's storyline on Lower Decks (or a Titan animated spinoff if they do one). I'd love to have Sisko return, but I doubt Avery Brooks would do it. And I really don't want them to recast the role in live action...even with Cirroc...but having Cirroc voice the role of Ben Sisko might work.

I'd love a follow-up to Enterprise......30 years later. The Federation just celebrated its 30th birthday so to say. Colonies are being set-up, but with warp drive not being as fast as it is during TOS and TNG, range is still a thing. Colonies are more Independent, talking about becoming separate states. Starfleet is still working on integrating all the divisions from member worlds, finding its way between a military force (considering this not long after the Romulan War and incidents with the Klingons) and a exploratory force.
Long range communications isn't as easy as during TNG, back-up isn't always 1 lightyear away. Captains and crews are more independent and have to often work solo to get things done like Archer and crew, even though there is a larger fleet now.

I completely agree. This is the way to go in regards to the Enterprise era for three reasons.
1. Follow-up on various ENT stories through a new lense.
- Vissians & Cogenitors
- Early days of the Federation-Romulan Cold War
- Suliban-Tandaran relations
- The Xindi
- penal colony Canamar
- corruption plagued planet Agaron as mentioned in "The Seventh"
- Automated repair station from "Dead Stop"
- The Malurians prior to being wiped out by Nomad in TOS
- Valakians and the Menk
- Kreetassans and the symbiotic lifeform seen in "Vox Sola"
- cultural expansion of the Orions and Tholians
- the early days of an established Prime Directive
- status of the first Earth colonies
- an expanding Starfleet/Federation
- Denobulan-Antaran relations since “The Breach”
Literally each potential story here could be a two-part episode, and last two seasons total. I think a season comprised of solely two-part episodes is unprecedented in the Star Trek franchise too.
2. The original setting of the TOS era
“The Cage”, TOS, TAS, and the TOS Movies seen in a lense of a viewing audience prior to the very first airing of TNG place them in the late 22nd- early 23rd century (i.e Khan brought out of stasis 200 years after the end of the Eugenics Wars in 1996). Obviously, those stories have since been retconned to the mid-to-late 23rd century. But revisiting some of the less known stories, species & concepts brought up (the Delta Triangle, Phylosians/Caitians/Edosians, aquashuttles/life support belts, Ambassador-at-large, USS Bonaventure, etc.) as origin stories, as well as some dropped concepts for TOS (i.e. Starfleet Marines as an actual institution that exists at one point in Starfleet history) with a different crew set in the 2190s is an interesting though experiment to see played out.
It would also be a good setting to see the precursors to what becomes the Constitution-class and Excelsior-class ships. Much like there was the Phase II USS Enterprise that was eventually used for DSC, there are unused models of the Excelsior-class that could be used for such a series. There are also unused TOS shuttlecraft models that would fit too. At least, I think they would.
3. It can also be commentary reflecting back on the early 2000s period, much like a show set between TOS and TNG can be commentary reflecting back on the 1990s.
So, Enterprise: the sequel? Reminds of a band who, on their last album, wrote a song wrapping up every story from past songs.
No. An Enterprise sequel to me would be a political show based around Archer as President of the Federation, or a show based around Empress Sato and the Terran Empire. Or the NX-01 recommissioned and staffed with a new crew in the 2170s or 2180s, while Short Treks depict the original ENT characters 15+ years later after TATV (or “Terra Prime” if that’s the real finale to you) in new phases of their lives in the run up to the NX-01 recommission.
The main idea for a show based in the 2190s is a new crew on a new ship (or a Daedalus-class ship nearing decommission) in a fledging Federation that has to adapt to the enforcement of a new Prime Directive in a universe where cowboy diplomacy is still acceptable to use. With a new crew with their own personal arcs that also has to contend with the legend of Jonathan Archer and his larger-than-life crew and being in their shadow of sorts while trying to carve a path of their own. Even minor characters can make special guest appearance for an episode or two, like Soval as a special envoy to Vissia to try and resolve the Cogenitor issue, which is an obstacle to Vissia joining the Federation, for example. Or T’Pau requires the new crew’s assistance on Vulcan and their vessel is low profile enough for that special mission.

How would it be any different from following up on Picard, Riker, Troi & Seven in PIC 20+ years after VOY & Nemesis?
Characters vs. Events.
PIC followed up on Hobus supernova event depicted in ST ‘09. And how that event affected Picard. That event is responsible for the setting that PIC is in.
Most events I had listed affect Archer, but some affect Phlox, Reed and Sato too. Trip can be added too if the ENT finale gets retconned. So, its not like you can’t follow up on ENT characters. Its just a matter of if you are interested in those characters to be interested to know what happened next with them.

The list was 15 different events, largely unrelated to characters, at least from my reading of the post.

Yes, the events are the area of interest. But the ENT characters would have sporadic appearances, either by a guest appearance, personal log recordings, flashbacks, or giving advice/input over subspace channels. Or maybe even a member of the new crew was mentored by one of the ENT crew, similar to Spock & Saavik. The ENT characters aren't so much irrelevant as they are in the background of this new series.
The follow up on the ENT storylines would still be the main focus. I hope that's not confusing, or inconsistent.
