Will we ever see any Voyager characters again?

Just wondering if you think we will ever see any of the VOY characters in any form again - whether it's TV cameo or in a movie or anything. Even if it's just a cameo when they're really old like Scotty in Relics. Do you think there's any chance?
How about Tuvok, Ichab and Doc Zimmerman in the fan film Star Trek: Renegades?

Mirror Janeway would finally be the perfect J/7 opportunity.

Hypothetically there are an infinite number of mirror universes that branched from the events of mirror mirror and only fraction of them then intersected with with the many DS9 Stories despite being still an infinite number of universes where those stories could take place where the Alliance is fighting Human Rebels.

If Janeway existed, it's more than likely that she would have been an uneducated slave that lived in a kennel and would have only left earth to work in a mine or factory that would have quartered her life expectancy.

Given NuTrek's propensity for shout outs and bigger universe inclusion I think this is not impossible. Though we are more likely to get passing references to future peoples via their relatives. However I am all up for time traveling Admiral Janeway showing up and blowing NuKirk's mind. It would piss a lot of people off but it would be glorious.
It would be pretty kickass as they wouldn't have to artificially age Kate this time around ;)

I guess I should check out those fan movies. All I've seen is the clips from Trekkies which looked like a western, was that any good? I'll definitely try to see that new one with Tim Russ in it.
I must admit that it actually sems to be a little exciting. :techman:

After the JJverse winds up (IF the JJverse winds up) there's a chance of a TV follow on to TNG, DS9 and Voyager.

No there isn't. The entire point of the JJverse was to kill the Bermanverse.

Like I said, DS9 is immune to JJ.The Prophets protect their part of the timeline from continuity changes. Moreover, DS9 has its own in universe writer, Benny Russell, to maintain the independence of that part of the franchise.

I like it! :techman: :bolian:

Sure. Go with that.

Thank you. I will.

Ultimately, any revival of past series/periods will probably having nothing to do with JJ or Berman, and JJ verse is probably well suited for the big screen, but not the small. The continued existence of the 24th century stories probably will have less to do than any continuity issues put forth by JJ verse than by that lack of new stories being filmed in the 24th century.

There was a chance in the beginning of the century for movies and such. But when they first decided to go ahead with a retro series (Enterprise) and then spent too many years with screwing up established Trek history in the latest NuTrekmovies, every chance was gone.

I think there's some truth in this.

My understanding is that it was actually even an idea that was being kicked around post-NEMESIS, with certain members of the TNG cast having been effectively priced out of negotiations by then, that they could maybe cherry-pick a few different cast members from each of the shows, and doing a crossover movie as a cheaper option for keeping the overall film series going now that Stewart and Spiner were getting too expensive to employ on a regular basis.

But I can't say whether, relatively, it would've actually been any good. :D ;)

NEMESIS and ENTERPRISE's low critical reaction sounded the death knell for anything along these lines.

I imagine the rumoured "Justice League of Trek" movie would have turned out like this, but with more Janeway and Seven:
