Will we ever see any Voyager characters again?

And no, the Abramsverse was not intended to 'kill' the regular version. Just to exist alongside it. We all know this. Nothing was overwritten.

Yes deliberately nothing was overwritten. They could have overwritten the whole damn thing but added an entire subplot in order not to do this. But where is the thanks, where?!

I will say it. Thank you JJ.

As it is today, the actors have become old and are probably uninterested.
Not disputing the unlikelihood of Voyager characters appearing, but old?

Kate Mulgrew is 59 today. When Patrick Stewart last played Picard, he was 63. When William Shatner last played Kirk, he was 64. Both are still active in the entertainment industry today -- Stewart in his 70's and Shatner in his 80's. Mulgrew is hardly over the hill.

As for the rest, their current ages are:

Beltran: 61
Dawson: 56
Lien: 40
Phillips: 59
Picardo: 61
Russ: 58
Ryan: 46
Wang: 45

Yes, I know that by Hollywood standards, anyone over 25 is over the hill. But, honestly, none of these actors is too old to play their Voyager role should such an opportunity arise.
